While our salesman Braden was very kind and informative about the Volvo brand, we unfortunately had a horrible experience with the Sales Manager Chris. His long-winded answers was condescending and had an about the Volvo brand, we unfortunately had a horrible experience with the Sales Manager Chris. His long-winded answers was condescending and had an “always right” attitude. All while belittling the customers views and disregarded our needs/wants. While we cannot say enough positive things about the Volvo brand, we had to go elsewhere to purchase our new Volvo. I encourage further training for the sales manager to properly speak with customers. Especially with customers who are serious about purchasing and travel an hour and a half for a service that is expected when purchasing a luxury SUV.. Thanks to Best Volvo in Rochester we are now a proud owner and of a new a Volvo! More

My Service Advisor took the time to explain to me how often my car should be coming in for service and the importance of each service. She truly went above and beyond, I left there feeling confident that Alan Byer's is looking after my best interests. From my advisor Brook right down to the person who cleaned my car it was a great experience. I waited for my repair in their newly renovated waiting room, I was somewhat puzzled how to use the "gourmet" machine. The woman sitting at the greeters desk saw me and immediately came over and explained how to use it to me, also showed me the tv and remote. To my delight there was also a basket of "goodies" which the same woman pointed out to me. My car was returned to me washed and vacuumed, truly impressed by this team. More

Unless you purchased a vehicle here or know someone that works at this garage don't bring any car here. My experience did not start out well, due to another employee, but Mr. Brian Lawton made sure that I left the dealership well satisfied with my service visit. He apologized for the other employees overbearing behavior towards me. My vehicle was over the mileage for its scheduled maintenance, but Mr. Lawton allowed the service to be gratuitous. I did not even have to inform him of my lack of knowledge in the concept of scheduled maintenances. More
