This is the second car that I've purchased from Spitzer in the past month and I again had a great experience with everyone that I worked with. You couldn't ask for a better new or used car buying experien in the past month and I again had a great experience with everyone that I worked with. I came into the dealership looking at the new Ford Explorer and the price didn't work with my budget, but your sales associate showed me the new Ford Flex and it had everything I wanted in a car and t Explorer and the price didn't work with my budget, but your sales associate showed me the new Ford Flex and it had everything I wanted in a car and the price was also within my budget. All of the staff there was nice. What I loved about this dealership, was they followed me to my house to get the paperwork they needed from me so I could get my kids and there was NO PRESSURE SELLING!!! Brett Piatt took VERY good care of me and all 3 of my kids. He is a great asset to your company and I have never had such a more pleaseant experience with ANY dealership but this one. I will NEVER shop at another car dealership again. It's like a big family there and you feel so welcome and comfortable. I loved my experience so well, I put it on my facebook/twitter and I sent my brother in there to purchase a car as well. GREAT dealership and keep up the good work!!! More
