Al Spitzer Ford

I purchased a vehicle from Al Spitzer Ford in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The dealership sold this vehicle to my son and I with known issues to transmission. The dealership failed to disclose the prior transmission issues. The in service department and Ford are declining to pay for known issues with this vehicle. Per the VIN, this is the fourth transmission clutch to be replaced on this vehicle. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the dealership declined to respond to the complaint. It is terrible that the dealership would sell this vehicle to a consumer. My children drive this vehicle and it has become a safety concern as the vehicle will not engage into reverse and the transmission hot light comes on at certain situations More
