Horrible Customer Service My step daughters 1998 Dodge Horrible Customer Service My step daughters 1998 Dodge Dakota had a rusted out fuel neck, very common problem with this Horrible Customer Service My step daughters 1998 Dodge Dakota had a rusted out fuel neck, very common problem with this model. Her mother was at work at BGSU so she stopped at Al Smith to pick up the replacement fuel neck which she told them was rusted out. She was told it had to be special ordered. I was impressed that it came in the next morning since she did not order it until after four o'clock. So after work she stopped in to pick it up since I am forty five minutes away. When she arrived home and showed me the part I new right away it was the wrong part. They had given her the plastic housing that the fuel neck attaches to. My wife very trusting took the part even though she sort of figured it was incorrect. Bad move on her part it can't be returned it was a special order. We ordered the correct part so she picked it up she took the incorrect part in and that’s when she was told about the return policy. So now we are stuck with a piece of useless plastic. I do not drive a Dodge so I have no use for it. This is plain flat out bad customer service. Taking advantage of a naive customer who they apparently knew they could get one over on. An honest person who works in the automotive business, that knows anything about their field. Could not honestly notice this mistake and not figured out which part was needed. Plastic does not rust!!!!! So in closing I will take this with a grain of salt, and can only hope that this opens others potential victims eyes. Al Smith Chrysler is either employing the most uneducated idiots, or they are a very dishonest dealer. I hope they invest my money wisely, there are other Dodge dealers. Stay away from Al Smith More

It packs a punch for A 3.5 V6. 0-60 in 5.0 Seconds. I paid 22,175 with 2,000 down and 1.9% APR Financing through Ally (formerly GMAC). And that was with my 2,000 Chrysler Employee Discount. I paid 2,000 less than the sticker MSRP. Jeremy was super nice and let my son help him get papers ready, and wash it in the service garage. Overall Al Smith CDJ is A GREAT DEALER with friendly staff,great service, a clean and professional atmosphere and gave me a great deal. I would recommend this dealer to ANYBODY looking to buy a new or used Chrysler,Dodge,Jeep, or Plymouth. 5 STARS OUT 5 More
