This Dealership's service dept. advisors are clueless. All they know is type in your concern. Don't even ask what caused the problem because they won't know what to say. they just shrug their shoulders. All they know is type in your concern. Never get your car repaired at this shop. I took my car in and told the service rep that there was a hole in the hose. After a $350 expense, plus the cost of a rental, the problem was NOT fixed!! They took in and told the service rep that there was a hole in the hose. After a $350 expense, plus the cost of a rental, the problem was NOT fixed!! They took their time ordering parts which delayed the repair. The workmanship and service stinks! I will never recommend this place. More
Scam artists!!! Took our VW Jetta in for a recall & to find out why the check engine light on the dash was lit up. They had our car for two days & only managed to get the recall done. Told us the bill to find out why the check engine light on the dash was lit up. They had our car for two days & only managed to get the recall done. Told us the bill was going to be $300. On the third day, we called to pick up the car. Mike then said that they did the diagnostic, but the technician still couldn't find out why the check engine light on our dash was lit. What the xxxx do they go to training for??? Mike said it would be another $199 to see what was actually wrong. We then told them to have the car ready to be picked up & the bill went down to $99. We didn't want them screwing around w/anymore diagnostics on our car. Went in to pick up the car & it wasn't ready, Mike said to come back in an hr & when we complained, he then said that fixing our VW wasn't an exact science. BULL!!! When we picked up the car, the bill went up to $149. They decided to charge for labor, on top of diagnostics, even though they couldn't find out why the check engine light on our dash was lit. Icing on the cake, our car now runs funny & they screwed the computer chip up on it.

Avoid this dealer at all cost. I recently had my brakes serviced at a non - VW dealership. Total cost for the repair of the rear brakes, $150. I overhead Gilroy VW quote a price of $450 for the rear brakes. More
