This experience is new to us and with only a few days behind the wheel I will hold judgement until I have time to drive this vehicle around town and on the highway. It has all that the X had but time will tell on the four cylinder,transmission etc.We loved those three X's we had. Tell of the tape will be when I bring it in for my first service appointment, I will know by then. We had also visited another nearby Lincoln dealer, where the experience was less than POOR! Our experience at Alex Karras was OUTSTANDING! Our initial contact was with Roger Young, friendly, informative, helpful. We went back two days later with additional questions, and were greeted by Jerry Carroll as Roger was off that day. Another outstanding individual. As a result of our experience at Karras, a Lincoln MKX is near the top of our list. (Surprising as it may seem, none of the dealers we visited, with the exception of the poor experience mentioned above, asked for our name, address, or phone number!)
