Once again Alex Karras Lincoln came through and did all I could have hoped for, and more. My 2019 MKZ suddenly started showing a problem with the Cross Traffic and blind side traffic warning detector. The could have hoped for, and more. My 2019 MKZ suddenly started showing a problem with the Cross Traffic and blind side traffic warning detector. The valet service delivered a loaner on time and it was a GREAT car - too great! Now I want a Corsair! This was not a problem that they had seen before. They had my MKZ for 6 days and it broke my heart to give the Corsair back, but I am glad that I love my MKZ! Rick (Jr) is always helpful and willing to do what needed to be done, I got my oil change done, too - and the loyalty points were nice! We'll keep using Karras for service on my Lincolns! More

Hello, I have been using this dealership for service for years with all types and models of cars. I am fairly competent with vehicles and most repairs needed as vehicles age. This dealership is the most honest I have ever dealt with. I have never been up sold a repair or service that wasn’t actually needed. I have found the opposite. Every suggestion of needed service had a concern about my pocketbook included in the discussion. I have a business where I drive 30000 to 50000 miles yearly. I buy older luxury vehicles that need occasional service as well as oil changes. They have handled it all. More
