I was looking for a New Ford Taurus SHO after driving a rental a few months back. A colleague of mine bought a used car from Al Piemonte a while back and he recommended to go to them. I met Luis & R.J., who were both very helpful in helping me find the right car. They were great at helping me get all my paperwork completed in a timely fashion and I was on my way. This car can definitely handle the demands of driving in Florida. So far, I have had no issues with the car, but I was told that if anything came up, I can give them a call and they would work with me to find a nearby dealership to assist me. The friendliness of the staff and the overall experience exceeded standards in my personal opinion. The price was also a key factor and being new to Florida, I felt more comfortable going somewhere familiar. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car. More

I was tired of going from dealer to dealer playing the price game. I called into Al Piemonte Ford and spoke to Catie. Asked her for some details on the Fusion. She was new at the dealership but still hel price game. I called into Al Piemonte Ford and spoke to Catie. Asked her for some details on the Fusion. She was new at the dealership but still helpful and polite. She has John Gomez return my call with more details regarding the new Fusion. He gave me good upfront pricing. When arrived the price told to me over the phone was the actual price. I like things to be up front and will be returning to AL Piemonte Ford. More

I brought my car into Al Peimonte Ford in Melrose Park, Il yesterday March 18 for a regular scheduled maintenance. They had found that the transmission fluid was overflowing by about a gallon. Since they were the last ones that worked on my car back in January, they had to have been the ones that caused it in the first place, but instead they charged me for their mistake which they simply denied. My car is a fleet vehicle which is where Ford is able to take advantage of. They had pulled another stunt on me once before where they replaced the entire gear shift without my consent or my knowledge. Instead they had got the authorization from the fleet company. The only thing that was wrong was the orange marker had fallen out, which it's only purpose is to highlight which gear I am on and has absolutely no effect on the car mechanically. This costed the fleet company $400 to replace. Also, the mechanic who drove my car had pushed the seat so far back crushing and damaging my belongings that were behind the driver seat. He should have looked behind the seat and removed anything in the way instead of forcing the seat back. Please do not bring your car here. If they find anything wrong with your car, chances are, they put it there in the first place. Beware!!! More
Dont' go to them!! they are lying about the price, so people come back and sign the contract with the higher price without telling you!!they really think we are stupid!! we yelled at Jack Zaremba that he people come back and sign the contract with the higher price without telling you!!they really think we are stupid!! we yelled at Jack Zaremba that he is a liar and he agreed with us, and told us that we would not come back to him if he did not lie!! but you know what? we still bought the car because we made it a little bit lower than on the contract but it was still not what he said over the phone....so he is a liar like everybody there and he thinks that he speaks polish and english, so he can treat polish customers like idiots!!i am polish, and he was having hard time to deal with me!!! i would never ever go there again!!! This post is in response to my previous post. On Monday afternoon I received a phone call from Marco Piemonte who said he was the owners son asking what had happened at the dealership and to apologize for afternoon I received a phone call from Marco Piemonte who said he was the owners son asking what had happened at the dealership and to apologize for my bad experience. Marco asked me if I would be willing to deal directly with him if he could get the pricing right for me to purchase the 2011 Taurus SHO that I was interested in. After talking to Marco and getting a call back I was comfortable with making 1 final attempt at this dealership providing I did not deal with the folks that made me feel pressured and upset. I was assured that I would be dealing with Marco only and he would make sure everything was right and to my satisfaction. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Marco and introduced to Lanell who was outstanding. Lanell had the vehicle spotless for me and I wanted to test drive the vehicle 1 final time before I made the purchase. After driving the vehicle my price was in the range I wanted to be in and we had a deal in place. I then met Sam who is in finance and was treated with courtesy and respect and we went thru the paperwork and I drove off in my new car. Upon returning home I discovered that some of the paperwork had very minor errors and upon calling the dealership this morning (01/26/11) and speaking with Mark in finance everything was corrected with no problem at all.(only error was the type of extended warranty I wanted for the car). Mark was even able to get the finance rate lower than what was originally given to me. I am glad that Things got corrected here as this is 1 of the most beautiful dealerships I have been in and it is huge!!!! One last thing I would like to comment on is the delivery of the vehicle. In all my years of buying cars I have never received a vehicle as clean and detailed as I have this vehicle. The porters here took their time cleaning this car up. Hopefully if anyone experiences a problem like I first did ask to speak to Marco or the owner Mr Piemonte himself as I have been told he is frequently at the store and I am confident that the issues will be addressed. I just bought a New Ford Edge from Al Piemonte Ford. Overall the experience was decent. They were able to get me the specific car I wanted at the X-plan price. The two negatives were 1. The "check out" process took about 45 minutes with the "undercoating" pitch etc. (I just want to sign the financing docs and go) 2. The Salesman was not knowledgable with regards to transfer of plates (resulting in an additional visit to the dealership) I even specifically asked if it was OK to transfer plates in my wife's name even though everthing else is in my name. (it was not and they had to redo the registration) More
