I WAS CALLED ON FRIDAY TO VERIFY MY APPOINTMENT AND A VERIFICATION NUMBER WAS GIVEN. WHEN I ARRIVED YOUR STAFF WAS VERY CORDIAL AND HELPED ME FIND THE SALES PERSON I HAD SPOKEN TO FOR THE APPOINTMENT. VERIFICATION NUMBER WAS GIVEN. I purchased a Ford Fusion hybrid through Piemonte's Internet dealership. Dan picked me up at O'Hare and drove us to the dealership. Our finance company dropped the ball, so we had to re-submit our credit information (with me potentially stuck hundreds of miles from home waiting for a resolution). Dan, Sam, and the whole team made me feel as though I were the only customer in the building, resolving all issues within an hour or so. The car was exactly as described, the price was eminently fair, and the finance office meeting was a painless five-minute process. I drove the car home, six hundred miles away, without any problems at all, and the whole family loves it. I will definitely check with this dealership for future Internet purchases. More

As with most people, car buying is probably one of the worst purchase one encounters. Upon arrival at Al Piemonte, I was upfront and informed the sales people, that a hard sell would chase me out of the worst purchase one encounters. My experience at Al Piemonte Ford went painlessly. I got very excited driving out of the parking lot with the car I came in for. My husband & I spent 3 hours negotiating, test driving, doing paperwork, etc very excited driving out of the parking lot with the car I came in for. Lanell Gray was our professional sales agent and helped us through this important process. He has also answered our text messages through this following week when we have had questions about the car. So far, we are pleased with the service and vehicle we have gotten from Al Piemonte Ford. More

The car buying experience whether new or used is not one of the things I like doing because generally salespeople/dealerships try to take advantage of you in so many different ways such as by lying about co of the things I like doing because generally salespeople/dealerships try to take advantage of you in so many different ways such as by lying about condition of the car, the number previous of owners, average market price for vehicle, etc. I told my father about the car I bought and the research I had done and thought that if the what was on paper was comparable to what we see when we go to the dealership we should purchase the vehicle provided the salespersons do not treat us like we were born yesterday. However, I did not experience this at Al Piemonte Ford. When my father called about the Chevy Malibu the salesman told my father, a senior citizen, that before he made such a long trip to come and see the vehicle let him drive it and he will call my father back to inform him of the condition of the car. The salesman, Lanell Gray, kept his word and told my father the problems he saw with the used vehicle. Overall the body and transmission where in good condition but the car needed brakes, passenger window was broken and the leather seats were worn. When we arrived that next morning everything stated was true and after the short test drive we bought the vehicle. When we went in to start the buying process we did not even have to ask about the CARFAX report the salesman gave it to us and informed us that they use AUTOCHECK which is the same type of report as the CARFAX. Needless to say that I had both reports with me and I just wanted to see what the salesman was going to do and I must say he was honest and upfront with us which complement that I can not give to the Chevy dealership in Tinely Park on 159th Street who lied to us on more than one occasion along with his manager and we had to ask 10 times for them to give us the CARFAX report and they lied about what was on it. Just goes to show you that a BBB accredited business can operate unprofessionally in my opinion. However, from the price negotiation, the interaction with the customer relations/after sales manager Ted Nagel to the finance manager, whose name I do not remember but no reflection on him, I appreciate the way my family and I were treated at the Al Piemonte Ford. We know that dealerships have to make money but asking thousands of dollars more than what a used car is worth is not the experience I had Al Piemonte Ford. The overall asking price was reasonable as well as the final negotiated price. As for the car we had it checked out by mechanic we found some other things that needed to be done which are mainly maintenance for mileage/use but we knew this was going to be the case because the car is used; however, we still feel as though we got a great used low mileage car for a great price.
