Horrible Experience at this dealership We bought a used 2016 Jeep Cherokee and have had nothing but problems. First the front axle broke within a week of purchase. Then 3 other fairly major We bought a used 2016 Jeep Cherokee and have had nothing but problems. First the front axle broke within a week of purchase. Then 3 other fairly major problems and now we found about 3 inches of water in the spare wheel well. Brought this car back into the dealership and was told it would be $390 for them to discover what was wrong. Since we were in a bind, we had to pay it. Got a phone call later saying it was going to be another $700 for repairs. That was enough for us. We got out car and brought it to another repair shop and got the car repaired for a total of $52 !!! This Jeep dealership had torn a hole in the plastic sealant under the casing in the back, they did not even care to repair this before giving the car back to us. We complained to the "Manager", he yelled us when we complained. In our opinion, this dealership is as bad as it gets. Will NEVER go back there for any reason EVER!! More
