I purchased my vehicle brand new from this dealer & has I purchased my vehicle brand new from this dealer & has had it maintance & services done here. 3 weeks ago i had an oil line leak which was a $900 I purchased my vehicle brand new from this dealer & has had it maintance & services done here. 3 weeks ago i had an oil line leak which was a $900 repair. Dropped the van off Thursday evening & picked up Friday afternoon. when I picked up van I had noticed major scratches on my hood that I had not noticed before. Brought it up to service manager, mike who basically told us to get bent & wasnt their issue & shooed us away. Immediately he was defensive but not helpful. My husband then called & left a message with General manager & has yet received a recieved a response, 3 weeks later. just didn't understand how they got there. Mike said it's weathered scratches & it could be buffed out. I took it to 2 local & reputable body shops & both said they were Not weathered & were fairly new. It would cost me $1,400 to fix. I just didn't like the way they brushed me off & didn't offer any type of assistance. Before all this, I asked for an appraisal to trade in for a new vehicle, needless to say I won't be returning to by a new car from them .I was very disappointed. More

I have repeatedly experienced No call from the dealership when my vehicles service was complete, no call regarding the work that needed to be done, and when I brought it to the dealerships attention Excuses were plentiful. Each person I talked with, explained to me that it was someone else’s fault. I will no longer bring my vehicle to the dealership for service, nor will I ever purchased another vehicle from this dealership again. More

Been going here for a few years now. They maintain and repair my 5500 Ram work truck. Always a pleasant and successful experience. This time around I requested 2 new batteries since I have originals from repair my 5500 Ram work truck. Always a pleasant and successful experience. This time around I requested 2 new batteries since I have originals from 2016 in the truck. Also I have a lot of accessories that run off the batteries. Well they only replaced one battery. This place has gone to xxxx since Necky Karda the good service writer left. More

Rich is sales is great, not happy with the service department. The never ending problem with corrosion around the edge of the hood. Aluminum on steel. No one cares.
