Worst place ever. I drove over an hour there to have my vehicle inspected due to the stabilitrak light coming on. When I arrived, I spoke with a mechanic and explained I drove over an hour there to have my vehicle inspected due to the stabilitrak light coming on. When I arrived, I spoke with a mechanic and explained the problem and that I had an extended warranty and would like to know if the problem would be covered. The mechanic told me that it had to be diagnosed to see what the problem was to know if it’s covered under warranty. A $143 diagnostic fee would be applied if not covered. After waiting 2 hours, they tell me everything wrong except for the reason why the stabilitrak light came on. Then on top of that tell me that my warranty expired months ago. I don’t understand why wouldn’t they share this information prior to touching my vehicle, especially since they couldn’t even diagnose the problem. So I was out of 160 dollar for absolutely nothing. The supervisor-Curtis tried telling me that the price I was charged was comparable to other mechanic shops. I had to explain to him several times that if I knew that I didn’t have a warranty when I called to inquire about the appointment I would have never came there. He still didn’t comprehend and kept saying that his inspectors had to get paid. On top of that a sales lady approached me trying to convince me to refinance my truck. I would not recommend this place. If I could give them zero stars I would. More
