Another completely satisfied Service Visit not once but every time I’m in the dealership service department I’ve been greeted promptly and advised by Carlos. His attitude toward the customer is outstanding and he knows how to treat people as the say (like family). I like others worry about how to take care of my Chevy and Carlos always advises me and makes me feel comfortable if it’s warranty work or maintenance. I also found one of their technicians Tom Garrett to be extremely helpful and prioritizing just what I may need to maintain or repair now or in the near future. I have serviced my vehicles at many places in my 55 years of driving but found these two people at Piemonte Chevrolet to be the best I’ve ever had.
