I brought my vehicle in regarding the recall dealing with the wiper blades. I mentioned something about a clucking sound and if it could be checked out. I was told that would cost $199 to check so I said dis the wiper blades. I mentioned something about a clucking sound and if it could be checked out. I was told that would cost $199 to check so I said disregard that because I am not paying $200 to just check. My appoint was for 9:00 am and I got there at 9:10 and my vehicle wasn't ready until around 12:00 pm or so. I feel my vehicle was push back because I said to disregard the clucking sound. I will find somewhere else to take my vehicle going forward. I have been going there for some time but will not tolerate being treated less than. I am unable to write the customer service employee's name because the paperwork is in my vehicle in my garage. It was my first time dealing/seeing him (the really young guy). More

Todd Froehlich his an outstanding mechanical agent. He always knows what has to be done with my Terriane and keeps me up to date with needed repairs.
