I have been taking my vehicles to this dealer, and this experience was one of the worst I have ever had. I bought the car at this dealer with the pitch that they do a 100-point inspection. Well, they defin experience was one of the worst I have ever had. I bought the car at this dealer with the pitch that they do a 100-point inspection. Well, they definitely do not. I have only had the car for 5 months, and it already has issues. I bought the extended warranty. It seems the dealer will figure out a way to charge a 199 inspection fee, and then whatever you bring it in for seems not covered at that point for one reason or another. The service manager didn't even try to work with us. More
Recently had my Cadillac ATS towed to Al Piemonte Buick/GM dealership. The car was experiencing electrical problems, which are often hard to diagnose and repair. They were able to fix multiple problems. Got the car back and it’s starting and driving like new! Great job! More
Recently experienced a breakdown with my 2023 GMC Sierra truck. I had it towed to Al Piemonte Buick/ GMC. Jim and Todd from the service department got back to me the next day with bad news. They had me come back in and get a loaner vehicle, as this type of repair will take weeks. Not Happy with GM itself for the quality of this truck, but at least the dealership is trying to make it right. Hope the truck is as good as new when I get it back? Really glad the dealership gave me a loaner without any problems. More

Pricing seems high. If you want to keep customers that buy their vehilces from you, and keep them from going else where pricing needs to considered for the customer. To say that the service that is rendered at the dealership is the best you'll get for your vehicle, and all services are priced accordingly is simply not true. There are pleanty of places. Yes, one would think for a little more money that the service would because of GM product, GM dealership for service is done better. As it should be, but please don't gouge the customer that wants the best for their vehicle. More
