Have had pretty good experience there before. Took my 21 Denali sierra in for a recall and came back to pickup and they couldn’t find my keys. I also had to uber home at drop off because they said all the loaners were out and the porter wasn’t there. More

I brought in my car to have the battery replaced. The service took less tha a half hour and I was charged $160 for Labor. $160 for a half hour of work, $320/hr, $2,560/day, $12,800/week, $665,600/yea The service took less tha a half hour and I was charged $160 for Labor. $160 for a half hour of work, $320/hr, $2,560/day, $12,800/week, $665,600/year per tech doesn't make sense. I really like this dealership but was dissapointed with the charge on this visit. More

I have been taking my vehicles to this dealer, and this experience was one of the worst I have ever had. I bought the car at this dealer with the pitch that they do a 100-point inspection. Well, they defin experience was one of the worst I have ever had. I bought the car at this dealer with the pitch that they do a 100-point inspection. Well, they definitely do not. I have only had the car for 5 months, and it already has issues. I bought the extended warranty. It seems the dealer will figure out a way to charge a 199 inspection fee, and then whatever you bring it in for seems not covered at that point for one reason or another. The service manager didn't even try to work with us. More
Recently had my Cadillac ATS towed to Al Piemonte Buick/GM dealership. The car was experiencing electrical problems, which are often hard to diagnose and repair. Recently experienced a breakdown with my 2023 GMC Sierra truck. I had it towed to Al Piemonte Buick/ GMC. Jim and Todd from the service department got back to me the next day with bad news. The truck neede truck. I had it towed to Al Piemonte Buick/ GMC. Jim and Todd from the service department got back to me the next day with bad news. The truck needed a new engine. They had me come back in and get a loaner vehicle, as this type of repair will take weeks. Not Happy with GM itself for the quality of this truck, but at least the dealership is trying to make it right. Hope the truck is as good as new when I get it back? Really glad the dealership gave me a loaner without any problems. More
