Todd in the service dept got me a loaner. My 2023 Sierra Denali was in their service dept for approximately 7 weeks waiting for a new engine to come in. Truck seems to be driving and running My 2023 Sierra Denali was in their service dept for approximately 7 weeks waiting for a new engine to come in. Truck seems to be driving and running like new again. However I am still concerned that this catastrophic engine failure could happen again. GM needs to address the real issues with their v8 and fix these motors properly. More

Have had pretty good experience there before. Took my 21 Denali sierra in for a recall and came back to pickup and they couldn’t find my keys. Luckily I have an AirTag on them and they were in so Took my 21 Denali sierra in for a recall and came back to pickup and they couldn’t find my keys. Luckily I have an AirTag on them and they were in some one’s desk. I was told the truck was washed and went to find it out front and it was parked out back and wasn’t washed. I also had to uber home at drop off because they said all the loaners were out and the porter wasn’t there. More

I brought in my car to have the battery replaced. The service took less tha a half hour and I was charged $160 for Labor. $160 for a half hour of work, $320/hr, $2,560/day, $12,800/week, $665,600/yea The service took less tha a half hour and I was charged $160 for Labor. $160 for a half hour of work, $320/hr, $2,560/day, $12,800/week, $665,600/year per tech doesn't make sense. I really like this dealership but was dissapointed with the charge on this visit. More
