Quick Lane is supposed to be no appointment necessary and I did not know of the appointment option. I arrived and was informed of an extensive wait. I took a walk to a fast food close by to spent some time. My salesman saw me, knew my circumstances and without my knowledge advanced my work order. An oil change in 15 minutes is not uncommon anywhere. Before I completed my meal, I received word by phone that my car was finished. When I arrived the car had been washed and Shawn was there to go over any questions which he answer in quick, efficient fashion. I can't ask for more...thanks to Shawn who served my car and Jon for caring. More
