I have a 2011 Expedition. When I went into the dealership everything was fine. I went to the dealership for an oil change. When I got in my truck to leave my dash blowers were not working. I immediately pu everything was fine. I went to the dealership for an oil change. When I got in my truck to leave my dash blowers were not working. I immediately pulled my truck in the service bay and told them the blower was not now working. They said it was nothing they did. Things go up all the all the time. Just seemed like a coincidence this happened not minutes after it had been worked on. I spoke to the service rep and he got a tech and they said it's nothing we did. You can make an appointment to have it fixed. Luckily my vehicle is still under warranty. They just wanted to brush it off and have me leave. This upset me. I asked to see a manager. They told me no managers were in. So I went to the sales floor and asked for a manager. And by God, the general manager was there. After explaining what happened he went to the service dept and said to talk to a service adviser (named Jody) who was rude, condescending and nasty. He told me they were not responsible for what happened and I could have the truck serviced under warranty (now if it was not under warranty, I would have took my truck in for a simple oil change and now be charged to have my air blower fixed). Then they went to say it was not working when I came in. (The truck is under warranty, if it had not been working, all I would have had to do is go to the dealership where I bought it and had it fixed at no cost.) After leaving there upset with a rental, that they feel they were doing me a favor by giving me a car to drive while mine stayed there to be looked at in the morning. I contacted Ford to make a complaint. I later called the dealership to speak to the general manager Jerry Clark (when I spoke to him earlier I had no idea what his name was), I proceed to explain what happened with my vehicle and he told me, "How dare I call to complain to him about their service, by behavior was atrocious and I should be calling to apologize for getting upset and accusing them of breaking my truck." He said they went above and beyond to help me, and I should be grateful. He was the rudest, most obnoxious person I have every seen in an upper management position, and reading other reviews I am not the only one he has treated like this. I chose not to have my truck serviced there and now have to deal with making an appointment and dropping my vehicle off for warranty service. Please never patronize this dealership. More

I decided to call because I wanted to do business with Al Packer because I work near by. I talked with Brian who was nice enough, but still would not give me an exact price that I wanted. He said to come in and he would show me the vehicle and explain the Internet pricing. So I went in the next day and found that the price was not the same because it included a bunch of owner loyaly rebates that I wasn't eligible for. I told Brian I had to think about it for a couple days and as I was leaving the sales manager stopped me and tried to get me to sit back down and rework the "deal". I said I had the figures and I would think about it, he got very rude and pushy when I wouldn't sit back down, so I finally left and won't be back.. More
WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! We went to buy a new car, agreed on a price. Salesman was nice...until we went into the finance office. The loan balance wound up being $3,000 MORE than the agreed upon price. Didn't know that until they ran our credit report and after they had EVERY piece of confidential information about us!!! So we went to leave, walked up to the front desk to ask to speak to a manager...but were threatened because we were trespassing on private property, by the general manager, Jerry Clark. So we left...my husband called back and spoke to Jerry Clark, who told my husband "Go ahead and call Ford Motor you F(fill in the blank)ing A(fill in the blank)", and then proceeded to hang up the phone. Not such great customer service...so if the MANAGER treats you like this BEFORE he gets your money, how do you think he's going to treat you AFTER? Read the other posts about this man!!! Plain and simply the worst dealership in the country...yee ole "bait and switch" occurred today!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE INTERNET PRICE!!! I left that dump...and drove to Apple Ford in Columbia. They were absolutely the best in customer service and very honest!! I walked out with a beautiful vehicle for a great deal!! I wasn't in the market for a vehicle, just getting my wifes oil changed when I met Richard Mlynski, Salesman. His courtesy, professionalism and his ability to answer many questions I had in regards to to wifes oil changed when I met Richard Mlynski, Salesman. His courtesy, professionalism and his ability to answer many questions I had in regards to towing a truck behind my motorhome were the key to my purchasing a 2007 Ford Ranger. Nothing I asked was too small of a question for him to find the answer. I would highly recommend Al Packer Ford and especially Richard Mlynski as a go to salesperson. I was very pleased with him and the staff a Al Packer Ford. My wifes next car will be purchased there and I hope Richard will still be our salesperson. More
The sales women and manager attempted to add $895 in freight cost for a used vehicle that was traded in and $200 processing fee to price after agreeing to honor advertised price. Scam! I left message with the General Manager reference my experience with his personnel but have not heard from him. Guess its not important. Check the reviews before doing business. More

AL PACKER in WHITE MARSH is not customer friendly. They messed up on our plates for our new car and then the GM told us "So what do you want me to do?" I asked for a temp tag until the new plates messed up on our plates for our new car and then the GM told us "So what do you want me to do?" I asked for a temp tag until the new plates arrive or a rental car. I was told sorry but no and just drive my car illegal until the plates arrive. Customers over heard and asked me what the problem was and I told them. The GM came up to me in a threatning manor and said I have to leave and never come back for making him look bad in front of customers. I was also told that forget about the oil changes that was promised in my contract with them. Both my husband and me are veterans and ask that any other brothers and sisters in arms not go to AL PACKER in WHITE MARSH. More
