I only got a response when we did a 3 way call with Ford fina got from them, I got no response.. I had to extend my lease a month past expiration. I only got a response when we did a 3 way call with Ford financial. I bought out my lease on Nov 17 th and now have left 4 messages to get an update on where my title is. Crickets. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m sure there will be no response to this review which is consistent with there responses from my prior inquiries. More
Our experience with Al Packer Ford/Lincoln has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after taking delivery of our 2025 Lincoln Navigator Black Label, we identified significant safety and quality iss extremely disappointing. Shortly after taking delivery of our 2025 Lincoln Navigator Black Label, we identified significant safety and quality issues, including a passenger airbag malfunction indicator and severe front-end misalignment. The dealership retained the vehicle for 28 days, including body shop involvement, yet ultimately documented that they “could not duplicate” the airbag issue, despite prior verification by staff. Additional intermittent issues have occurred, including a passenger-side running board failure. We were also advised that service might refuse the vehicle unless the issue could be duplicated in real time. We are disappointed by the lack of transparency, responsiveness, and customer support. We encourage potential buyers to proceed carefully More
I was looking for a new car. I wasted my time with a few other dealers that had similar cars. It was so frustrating because the sales people were horrible. They didn't listen I wasted my time with a few other dealers that had similar cars. It was so frustrating because the sales people were horrible. They didn't listen to what I wanted, but instead wanted to push something that they were interested in selling. Sony at Al Packer was perfect. I told him exactly what I wanted. He provided that at a fair price. And a quick look around the dealership showed that both the sales and service department was staffed with professional people. More
What can I say, when it comes to buying a Lincoln, there is only one place to go. We love working with Van to purchase cars for my mother. She leased 2 MKS cars and then a Continental, and then bought the is only one place to go. We love working with Van to purchase cars for my mother. She leased 2 MKS cars and then a Continental, and then bought the Continental out because they stopped making them. We also love the service department. We were sad when Shorty left, but then Brian came onboard and really did a great job taking over for Shorty. If you like Lincolns and want a smooth easy transaction, reach out to Van and if you need service I know they will take care of you! More

Worst sales experience ever. Days went by before simple answers to quick questions. Refusal to offer ANYTHING off full sticker price. Finally decided to buy existing 2023 Navigat Days went by before simple answers to quick questions. Refusal to offer ANYTHING off full sticker price. Finally decided to buy existing 2023 Navigator off lot. After 3 days was told vehicle had just sold. This process went on for 3 weeks! 😧 Went back to my old dealer in NC. Negotiated price of 2024 model, was told about Lincoln discounts I qualified for ( never mentioned by Packer), and had vehicle delivered to my driveway in FL…. 4 days start to finish! More
On Oct 4 2022, my Lincoln MKS was delivered by AAA to Al Packer with a malfunctioning fuel injector. After 5 weeks, 2 bills claimed and paid by the warranty company, 2 copays by me and another bill for almo Packer with a malfunctioning fuel injector. After 5 weeks, 2 bills claimed and paid by the warranty company, 2 copays by me and another bill for almost $800, the car is still there, not running. It has not been drivable for more than 5 miles for the past 5 weeks and sitting in their parking lot for 7 days now without even being plugged in for diagnosis, so I can’t even open up a new claim or get a rental car. The Service Manager Tim Olsen won’t return my calls. The General Manager Tracy Manzilotti will not intervene. They won’t diagnose the car, open a claim or give me a loaner. This car is the top of the Lincoln luxury line with all of the options. It was the dealership’s show car when bought in Delaware. I have opened a complaint file with Ford and Kacie Copeland says there is nothing she can do to get the dealership to walk into the parking area and get a diagnosis by plugging in the computer. They say other customers have priority over my car. I have never encountered such behavior from either a service provider nor a retailer. At this point, I cannot imagine ever doing business with Al Packer Lincoln, Al Packer Ford or the Ford Motor Co in the future. The truth is that once they got my money for services that they added onto the warranty work, they won’t back up their work and they want nothing to do with me because they have already ripped me off for the cash pay extras which may, or may not have been needed and may have caused the secondary problems. They are treating me like a leper and my car like a liability hot potato. This is unquestionably the worst experience with an automobile in my entire 70 years. If you purchase a car from these people, be forewarned that you may experience the same level of service for that vehicle. More

Website pricing was wrong. I asked if a vehicle was available then told no not at the advertised price. The website was not updated and continued to show the wrong price. Why I asked if a vehicle was available then told no not at the advertised price. The website was not updated and continued to show the wrong price. Why advertise a price when it's wrong. My understanding is that the item should be sold at the advertised price which I believe is law! More
