Al Packer Lincoln Ford delivered my Black Label CPO Lincoln Navigator at midnight with one tire the incorrect size, no service records, dog odor / hair, and no manual. All four items would have failed Lincoln Navigator at midnight with one tire the incorrect size, no service records, dog odor / hair, and no manual. All four items would have failed the Lincoln CPO 200 point checklist. I have repeatedly asked for my copy of the 200 point checklist with NO response. According to Lincoln corporate policy and procedures, the customer is to receive their copy of the CPO. Draw your own conclusions. More
