They treated me very poorly the entire time and they didn't even apologize after they gave me my old car back. Then I asked them for the title to my old car back. Then they said they didn't have it so they told me to come back and get it. So I went back they said they were going to mail it to me this was a month ago I'm still waiting. I have been to alot of dealerships I have to say this is they worst I have ever been treated by any company. I would not advise any one to go here and I would call them foolish for doing so. They are not to be trusted. More

Treat me right, I have no complaints. I'm not buying new so I'm fully aware there are "gray" areas. 1. Salesperson (Palo) said tires were new which is "Dealerships Policy". Tires are not new. Why do I know.. follow on. 2. The day after we brought the car home noticed a "slice" (about 2-3 inches) in the left front tire. Went back to dealership and they told us it was "cosmetic". Not a safety issue. We asked if they would drive across alligator alley with their family in the vehicle.. "that's a personal decision". 3. Ok, not totally satisfied, we went to a local Goodyear dealer to look at the tire. He said he basically agreed with the analysis, however, also said tires were definitely not new. 4. We did not receive an owners manual with the car. Asked sales person / and used car manager about manual which they said they would get for us. We have their IOU form. It's now been over a month and still no manual, after several calls. Still waiting for a return call from our latest inquiry. tick, tick, tick.... 5. Tomorrow will be a call directly to Al Hendrickson / Jr. Go to the top! I don't think they would put up with this s..t. 6. Like I said, if I'm spending 20K for a used vehicle in today's market, I think the dealer should be falling over backwards to make me happy. Not asking for much, however, not getting much. This dealer showed me a car that had several things wrong with it cosmetically and tried to explain everything away like it was no big deal. He offered me $500 for my trade in which I had already been offered $2200 by two other dealers. Then, when I told them that, they suddenly offered me what I wanted. I was just getting a bad feeling about this guy from the get go so I decided to leave. He and his manager chased me out to my car and tried to plead with me to buy the vehicle. They were tapping on my windows and when I insisted that I was leaving, the sales man Maritel got upset and became very rude. I would NEVER go back to this place again and would not recommend this dealer or sales man to anyone. They are not worried about your needs or wants at all, they just want to push a vehicle out the door. That weekend I had been to probably 15 dealerships, this was by far the worst experience. More
I will never recommend this dealer to anybody in my family or friends. This people made me spent more than two days, they gave me the “OUT OF DOOR FINAL PRICE”, when I was ready to finally purchase the family or friends. We'd definitely come back again and ask for Mr. Vestrheim. He was friendly, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. He located just the car we wanted and got back to us with an immediate answer. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the way in which we were treated. Mr. Vestrheim has provided us with excellent customer service, and I'd recommend him highly to other prospective car buyers. More

They will try anything to charge you for services they will not perform, and you cannot prove they didn't, unless you come to them prepared. Here it is what they did to me: - They tried to sell me a package of services which I decliend, first. After about one hour of waiting, they came again to convince me that my car REALLY needed some air filter change and injection cleanup. So, I accepted, and after another hour, I got my car from the parking lot, but it won't start - the engine would stop unless it was high accelerated. Another hour, and I was invited to get my car, and this time the engine was kept running while waiting for me. Wery cheap trick, to let the engine running, so the customer won't notice a starting problem. Since then, the car starts difficult, but I'm going to have it fixed at another dealer. AND: the tire rotation, (for which I paid also), they didn't do it (the accidental marks I have on the tires, are in the same places as before). NEVER will visit again this place! More
