I had gone to every jeep dealership in the Atlanta area on the search for my dream car. A 2013 Black Soft top Rubicon. I could not find what I was looking for anywhere. I found a 1013 Black hardtop at Palmer dodge and proceeded to see if I could get it for the price I wanted to pay. We walked away from a deal with the hopes the salesman would call back with the deal we were looking for. In the mean time I continued my search for my Rubicon. I found your dealership and was immediately interested with the $4000 dealer discounts. It brought the price to what I was wanting to pay. One problem, you did not have that Black Rubicon I was set on. Two days after being at Palmer Dodge and walking away from a deal I got my phone call. Terrible negotiations and they actually asked for more than the deal we walked away from? I don't think the salesman even remembered who we were. At that moment I said there was no way I was going to purchase from Palmer dodge. Heart broken I had come to the conclusion I would never find my perfect Rubicon. I decided to email Dallas your internet manager and he put me in touch with Ron Marsh. I told Ron about the Rubicon I wanted and asked him if he could help. 2 hours later I got the call that he had found one some 150 miles away. I'd have to pay a small fee but they could get it for me and give me the $4000 dealer discount on a car that was not originally on the lot. That same day we started the process of purchasing the Rubicon. Everything went so easy! Ron got me in touch with Scott on the financial end and just like that I was the proud owner of a 2013 Rubicon. Here's the thing, my Rubicon was not perfect yet. It needed bigger tires and a lift. Well I was handed over to Jim at Wild Willies and the modifications were done! He gave me just what I wanted and did not try to up sale me on what I did not want. Once again great service! Last saturday I picked up my dream car! Ron even helped my husband out and got the big red bow put on it just how I always pictured! You have a amazing team at your dealership and I am so happy I found you. Had to drive over a hour to get to Winder but it was so worth it! We will be back for sure! Alan was very friendly and spent a great deal of time with me, my husband, and our daughter over a three day period. Buying a car can be a stressful experience. When I decided to go back to Ford and buy a 2013 Ford Explorer, I knew that I would go to Akin Ford in Winder. In the 90's I had purchased several Explorer decided to go back to Ford and buy a 2013 Ford Explorer, I knew that I would go to Akin Ford in Winder. In the 90's I had purchased several Explorers from them and always had a great experience! It was wonderful this time as well. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful that it was very easy to find the car that I wanted. I am glad to be back with them and plan on being a customer of theirs for years to come! I called Jim two weeks ago about a used 2004 F150. He informed me it was sold but took my info incase something else came along. The next Sat. morning got a call from Jim about the same F150 we had talk informed me it was sold but took my info incase something else came along. The next Sat. morning got a call from Jim about the same F150 we had talked about and told me it was mine if I wanted it. Jim rushed me some more photos and price within five minutes and we had a deal. He took my information over the phone and had everything done before I drove 80 miles to the dealership. Akins also gave me a fare trade in vaule for my 2002 F150. I was at the dealership less than an hour from start to finish. I've dealt with Akins since I played for the Falcons after hearing so many of the guys rave about how great it was doing business there. Living in Buford I have choices that may be closer to home, but I won't even consider going anywhere else for sales or service. Eric Shepherd is the general manager and I've found him to be a great go-to guy who who is sincere and genuine in his dealings with people. He always goes the extra mile to satisfy people and never passes the buck. I recently bought a 2013 Expedition EL from Jim Sullivan. I always deal with Jim and have done many deals with him over the years . What I like about dealing with Jim is he's very laid back. I don't like pushy salesmen nor do I like the games so often associated with car sales. Jim always makes the sales process very transparent and enjoyable . I've referred many people to him and always get back great reports. The day after the sale, I got a call from Eric saying that he was sending me an accessory (no charge) for my Expedition that he thought I would like. This was completely unexpected and unsolicited. This dealership gets it. Treating people the way YOU want to be treated is a great business principle to get behind. I strongly recommend them . More
My wife and I were considering purchasing a jeep when we stopped in to Akins to see Jim. They had a great selection and Jim was very helpful. I do not recommend businesses or people that do not provide excellent customer service and Jim and everyone I have dealt with at Akins has met or exceeded my expectations. When we arrived at the Dealership we were greeted by Randy Sims. He was so nice & friendly, not pushy at all. We had driven to Dealership on Sun. ckd out what we wanted Chrysler mini-van. We had no hassle which was good because we would have walked away. They gave us a good deal for our truck & I think I can say that we all were happy with deals. I would recommend Akins as one of the nicest places to buy auto. They really seem to care about the customer...Tim Smith took us out wemt over the features that we had no idea to operate. We are older so it was nice to have things explained so we could understand it. When we saw the van all washed up,it was so beautifu(Blue). The finance mgr Mike Morgan-was super to work with. I can say this was one of the most enjoyable time we have had buying a vehicle. Thank you to all the people we came in contact with today...We'll see you again at our 1st oil chg. Great Job Guys.
