Incredibly personable and knowledgeable -- it didn't take long for us to make a deal on a new lease. Entire process from the get go was incredibly smooth from finding the vehicle, to working with Anne in finance, and even chatting a bit after the fact with Mike the GM. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and I won't hesitate to recommend Leonard and the entire dealership to friends and family. And I'll certainly be returning when my new lease is up to upgrade once again. More

Defective product Airport Kia in Naples sold me a car which has defective tires. The first two I changed on my own because they denied coverage but the Third one actual Airport Kia in Naples sold me a car which has defective tires. The first two I changed on my own because they denied coverage but the Third one actually exploded while on the highway with my family, putting my family at risk of death. I called to complain and get them to fix the problem, they simply dismissed me and told me that they are not responsible and to go call khumo because it is their responsibility. I bought the car from Kia, no where in my bill of sale that is mention khumo. They are responsible for their product and should honor the guarantee of anything that comes out of their doors. I am in the process of contacting the attorney general, consumer affairs and the BBB to make sure they know what kind of business AIRPORT KIA OF NAPLES IS DOING. More

If you want to pay a lot more than you should, a higher interest rate, if you want to be lied to and intimidated, be treated like they are doing you a favor then by all means spend your money here, if not run as fast as you can, any where else is better than here!
