This is from Dec 2020 but never got posted but it is never too late - here ya go....Go in with both eyes wide open and keep your hands on your wallet at all times and do not - REPEAT DO NOT SIGN ANYTHI never too late - here ya go....Go in with both eyes wide open and keep your hands on your wallet at all times and do not - REPEAT DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until it's time to execute the sales contract. My wife and I went in to negotiate a deal on a Certified Preowned (CPO) Soul. Fail #1: Advertised as a CPO with Carfax stating it had been certified we were told that CPO costs an additional $450 to the advertised price. We wanted to the car so decided to pass on the CPO. We then started negotiating the price less the $450. They have a very bizarre negotiation process where they write the offer on paper and ask you to sign off on it where it is then run upstairs to "the manager" for approval (DO NOT sign this!! I swear they Altered it!). We finally agreed on a price and then decided to leave $3k and finance the balance. Fail #2: First off I am an idiot for signing it but they asked me to sign a non refundable deposit agreement with zero wiggle room. Against my better judgement I signed it and left. It was the deal I wanted and I wanted the car. I did kick myself after I left and awoke in a cold sweat thinking that i did a really bad thing by signing it. I left with a handshake deal (no sales contract, nothing with the price in writing whatsoever) and the non-refundable slip I signed - that's it. See the image I uploaded. Fail #3: The next day I called to see when I could pick up the car. I was told a price $450 higher than what was agreed upon. A misunderstanding I was told. Both my wife and I had the same misunderstanding I guess. At that point not being happy with the misunderstanding I said I no longer wanted the car. Fail # 4: The salesman then said he was switching me to the manager at which point I asked, "why so he could throw the non-refundable deposit in my face?" He was evasive to that question and it was at that point I knew that the non-refundable deposit was going to be thrown in my face and boy was I right!! The manager was nasty right out of the gate and basically said he has my non refundable deposit of $3k and that I could go scratch. He was aggressive and nasty and flatly refused to return my deposit saying that they have lawyers that crafted the agreement and that I would lose in court. This convo took place less than 24-hours after the deal from xxxx so it wasn't like I dragged it out for a week. And you need to steal my $3k, in damages because I hindered your ability to sell the car, really??? I negotiated on a Sunday at 3:00 p.m. and called Monday a 9:00 a.m.!!!! Rather than getting caught up in a legal battle I agreed to buy the car. Further research indicates that they took a non-refundable deposit illegally under Florida Statute 501.976(10) since they never provided and I never signed a sales contract. I may just go to the state AG with this. So there you have my buying experience. As I said,, go to yelp and sort reviews by newest first. I wish I did cuz the Google reviews are very misleading. If you still go there after reading this and yelp reviews I give you this advice: 1. Do not sign any offers while negotiating. They will Dr them like a Pennsylvania presidential mail in ballot. 2. DO NOT sign a non-refundable deposit agreement. If you do, do not be an idiot like me and give them $3k. 3. Be aware that they will try to tack on $450 to a CPO car even though this is not disclosed in their ad. #4. Do not leave without the Out the Door sales price in writing. And lastly, not mentioned in my review, they have a very high document processing fee so add $700 to the price of the car. That I knew going in but you may not. This dealer takes the term buyer beware a new level. More
This review is almost a continuance from one left on August 20, 2022. It certainly was not the end of the saga. After purchasing our 2023 Black Sportage and taking it home, long story short, my husband August 20, 2022. It certainly was not the end of the saga. After purchasing our 2023 Black Sportage and taking it home, long story short, my husband decided he wanted to get the white color. So off we went the next day to change the car, and once again, we were lucky this time to meet Jamie Martinez. He made the process of a do-over, assuring us that everything would be ok and that he would take care of everything. I am beginning to think this dealership is more family oriented in doing business than most and that, yes, I think more than luck; they are just hiring the right people. Thanks again, Jamie, and oh yes, thanks again to Chris Freeman for the easy flow and help! More
Having my choice of car dealerships when my lease was up, I decided to check out the new Kia Sportage and also wanted to deal with local businesses, so I went to the local dealer Airport Kia of Naples. It wa I decided to check out the new Kia Sportage and also wanted to deal with local businesses, so I went to the local dealer Airport Kia of Naples. It was my lucky day to meet Ernesto Enriquez, who helped me. He could not have been nicer, straightforward, honest, and genuine. There was no guesswork of anything said or written. Everyone there was very welcoming and very courteous. You felt you had known and dealt with them in the past, and they welcomed you back. In today’s world, you better have something that sets you apart from the crowd. Well, this company is at the head of that line. Going the extra mile has made me a new customer. PS: As for Ernesto Enriquez, you will love him! More

I have been to this dealership for many years.Service, Parts... I have purchased a couple of vehicle from them. Leonard(sales manager) Alfredo(parts manager). and of course Manny the greatest Manny with h Parts... I have purchased a couple of vehicle from them. Leonard(sales manager) Alfredo(parts manager). and of course Manny the greatest Manny with his customer service(service adviser). There are many positive things to say about this Dealership, but I won't have enough space. Bottom line they are honest and they are in business to help people..Of Course they have to make money; otherwise, what will be the sense to run a business. When you find a Dealer as described here.Be sure you stick to it, because out 15 dealers 1-2 are honest.. Trust me on this, I worked for car dealerships for 16 years out of my life.Thank you, guys best of luck and keep up the good work helping out the community..R.Blanco More
