The vehicle I came to see was ready for showing on my arrival. Kevin Coffman then provided a thorough presentation of the vehicle's exterior and interior. And he provided more information during the test drive. Purchase price agreed on and sale completed. I live in another county and was not trading the vehicle I arrived in. Kevin and another employee followed me home with the purchased vehicle so I could get it and the vehicle I was driving home in one trip. No doubt this was extra effort and time spent on their part and is much appreciated. Most of my time/interaction at the dealership was with Kevin who is pleasant, cooperative and knowledgeable. Finance Manager, LeMarcus Thomas, (Go Vols!) is also pleasant to work with and will provide information to consider in protecting your purchase. More
