What an extremely pleasant experience I had at Airport Honda. Having looked at cars at other dealers and having been treated like a little old lady at the others, it was a delight To meet and work with D Honda. I had a unique situation and once explained, he understood exactly what my needs were and how to go about making A decision. My thought was to just drive a couple of vehicles, some of the same vehicles I had driven at a dealership in Asheville. While driving these various vehicles, Dakota was very thorough and explaining all the bells and whistles so to speak and the functionality and working towards finding out what I needed versus what all was offered on each vehicle. I originally went to the dealership because I had gone online and looked at some vehicles and ended up having a conversation with the Internet car sales person Kailey Lay. I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to first deal with the online inquiries and then in person with Dakota. it gave me great pleasure to respond to the other dealerships that I had found and purchased the perfect car after those dealerships decided to follow up with me several days after I had left those dealerships empty-handed and very disappointed in how I was treated by the other dealerships.
