My husband and I were looking for a sort of sporty, relatively inexpensive car to take us through a few more years. We didn't want to finance, which we thought might be a turn off for some dealerships relatively inexpensive car to take us through a few more years. We didn't want to finance, which we thought might be a turn off for some dealerships. We found a car that fit the bill at Airport Honda (AH), and we emailed the internet sales contact, Geof Ryback. We exchanged emails, determining that we thought the price we wanted to pay would work out! We visited the dealership, where we met Kevin Coffman, and with a quick form to fill out we took the car to our mechanic, which AH had no problem with. Being an older car (2000) we expected some work, and found some normal stuff for the age of the car. I talked to Kevin about it, and we found that their service shop could do the repairs cheaper than my estimates. Though this could have just been a "let's sell the car" tactic--we came back with the car and Chuck, the service manager came out, introduced himself, and took us back into the shop to look under the car (they pulled it in while we were there) and help us understand some of the repairs. Turns out there weren't as many problems as we thought--which was great. They could have sold us a lot of unnecessary repairs (because we already thought they were needed), but they didn't. I was impressed by the shop and their openness. The price of the car ended up being just right, Kevin and the sales manager Erick worked with us to help us stay in our budget, and paying cash was no problem. The sales consultant (Paul McKeever) we dealt with was clear on everything on our paperwork when we paid for the car. This was the easiest car sale I've ever been a part of, and I won't lie, we'd been dreading the process. Turns out there was no need to worry. It took a little while for the repairs, as parts were needed (it's not a Honda, so they didn't have them in stock) but Matt, the service rep we worked with tried to bend over backwards for us, even offering to drive to US to bring us a loaner car while our car was being worked on (we live about 20 minutes away.) We didn't need it, but it was nice that they were willing to help us out in just about any way. After this whole experience, I feel pretty confident that AH stands by their work, and if you buy or have a car serviced there, you can be honest with them in what you want, and they'll work hard to get what you need--which isn't always the case at other places I've been to. Kevin also followed up a few times to make sure everything was going ok, and that we enjoyed the car. Just another personal detail that we appreciated. More

Jim was super in getting the car I wanted to test drive all ready to go and available. Though it was a chily rainy day he was in good humor and was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions all ready to go and available. Though it was a chily rainy day he was in good humor and was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions, some of them twice, made a computer available to me, and waited patiently while I got some things done in an effort to purchase a car. Bobbie Joe was super in the paperwork / financing office. She was efficient, friendly and pleasant to work with. Sh, too, answered my questions completely and even manage to get a refund for me from the extended warranty I had on my previous car. I would (and will) definitely recommend both Jim, as a salesman, and Airport Honda as a dealer, to anyone I know who is considering a car purchase. More

Kevin did an excellent job locating cars with the price range given, he was knowledge about the cars. He did an excellent job answering questions and was did not presure us for the sale. Dealarship was c range given, he was knowledge about the cars. He did an excellent job answering questions and was did not presure us for the sale. Dealarship was clean, invited, and we had shopped with Ariport Honda before. Ariport Honda does a great job with the sale and also with follow up customer service. Their service department is quick, comprehensive, and work to keep customers coming back. They stand behind their work. We will conitune to do business at airport honda. More
I brought my FIT in for it's first service. The attendant was friendly and explained everything they would do. They were finished in no time and I was completely satisfied. Also, my glove compart attendant was friendly and explained everything they would do. They were finished in no time and I was completely satisfied. Also, my glove compartment door was stuck because I had put too many things in it and he graciously got it unstuck for me. I have never had a bad experience at this Honda dealership. This is the 2nd Honda vehicle that I have owned and I will always buy Hondas unless some other dealer comes out with a gold one. When you find something good and it works, stick with it. Thank you, Brenda Thomas More
I had leased a car from Airport Honda, actually this was my 2nd lease from them. Now all the staff has changed. After weeks of working with Keith Dougherty to decide whether to buy the Accord I was leasing my 2nd lease from them. Now all the staff has changed. After weeks of working with Keith Dougherty to decide whether to buy the Accord I was leasing or try a used car, I went in to get the final cost of the car I was currently leasing and now turning back in. I had been asked multiple times to turn my valued and desired 2007 Honda Accord with less than 35K miles on. I told Keith that I wanted 24 hours to think about it. As much as I loved my car, the dealership would not work with us at all on the price and it was out of my budget. As I was leaving the lot, Keith said oh I have a great car you can look at -- a 2003 Saturn Vue with 120K miles on it. Over and over I was assured how wonderful of an inspection was done at Airport Honda, despite the fact the car didn't even have a sticker. In total I spent 5 hours at the dealership driving the car, looking at it, trying to find online information, speaking to sales managers, finance managers -- ALL of them assured me they could get an extended warranty on it, that we had 30 days if we had anything major happen to it, etc. I signed papers applying for a loan and put a down payment on it, with the expectation of having it checked out as well as finding out warranty conditions. The next day I spent 3 hours waiting for it to be detailed and took it to our mechanic who told me the transmission was 100% shot and to take the car back. This was 3 days ago and now the General Manager, Chris Denny, will not even return my phone calls. No loaner car has been offered as this car and my down payment sit on their lot. It was 100% a faulty car and had not even been through an inspection, because their service dept also found the transmission problems when we took the car back after seeing our mechanic. Today the story is they will see about fixing it. I have offered several resolutions: fix the car with a brand new transmission, find another car in my budget, allow me to buy the leased car they joyously took back, or just refund my down payment. After days and days of stone walling, being lied to, and told multiple things by multiple employees, I have lost all faith and confidence in this dealership. Not only this, I had been dealing with Keith for weeks, as previously stated, and repeatedly and clearly expressed my concerns over buying a used car that may have problems. Go somewhere else. More
