After doing my homework on various compact SUV vehicles, the Honda CR-V seemed to meet my requirements. I have always owned G.M. products so this was a new adventure for me. I explained to Tim what my requirements were and he showed me the inventory that would meet my needs. He did a great job of demonstrating the features and performance of the CR-V. I made the decision to lease the vehicle. Having been in the automotive business in the past, I understand the process of arriving at mutually acceptable deal. Other dealers I had been too, simply did not seem to fully care, all they were concerned about was money. Mr. Tapp and the finance manager took time to ask me about my past credit and reasoning for the past bankruptcy, what caused it and how I was rebuilding my credit back into a good standing. They were able to relate to this and was able to advise Honda Finance that I would be a good customer to provide financing for, and Honda accepted. I now have a better vehicle for my needs. More

My husband and I came in today looking for a good used SUV. LaMarcus Thompson was our salesman and he was WONDERFUL! He was so patient. That vehicle was not the one for me so they brought another for us to test drive. My husband joined LaMarcus and I on that test drive. I liked it better but my husband still was not convinced. Then My husband picked out one that he thought would be better for me. It was a Ford Escape and even though we were not sold on the first 2, the Escape was the one!!! I cannot say how very pleased I was that LaMarcus took his time with us and was immensely patient!!!! He was not pushy and we came to a consensus on price and my husband and I were very happy!!! This is the first vehicle in several years that will be in my name and I cannot say again how very happy I was with my experience today!!! For my husband to shake LaMarcus' hand and say that he thanked him for not being too pushy is saying something special because that is one thing we do not like is pushy salesmen! My daughter totaled her car during Christmas break. Of course, she needed a new car after this happened. However, Mr. Paul has made my experience at Airport Honda the best car dealership experience I've had yet. I highly recommend speaking with him if you visit this dealership.
