At first my experience was fine. I drove away with my beautiful Honda Pilot. Then I get a call saying that I need to bring the title to the car I traded into Honda. (they claim I sai I drove away with my beautiful Honda Pilot. Then I get a call saying that I need to bring the title to the car I traded into Honda. (they claim I said I would bring it back another day). I handed them my title when purchasing the car, and they gave it back to me..saying they would get it later. My husband took time from work to go out of his way and take the title to Joe the finance person. Then about a week later I get another call saying they need a copy of my marriage certificate because the name on my old car was my Maiden name. Why they did not realize this when I purchased the car I have no idea. So, I sent them a copy. THEN, I got pulled over because my license plate was registered to my old car. I had to prove to the cop that I hadn't stolen the vehicle. My teenager who was in the car with me was in a panic as was I. The registration (that I paid for) was never sent into the DMV. When my husband called to talk to Matthew the salesman or Joe the Finance guy, they seemed unapologetic and said they would get it taken care of right away, they had all that they need from me, and were unsure why the registration had not been sent. I was not given temp tags when I left the dealership or registration papers. I bought the car March 16, today is May 20.. and I STILL don't have registration papers for my car. I am beyond frustrated More
