We just bought a used small SUV from Airport Honda, and it was 100% a positive experience. The car itself had been thoroughly worked over, new tires and detailed repairs, detail level cleaning to the point it was 100% a positive experience. The staff was first class. We worked with Greg Tapp, whom I highly recommend. He‘s a genuinely pleasant guy, very knowledgeable, informative, and responsive without any sense of pressure. He was hands-on in providing assistance, setting up the phone sync with Bluetooth for my daughter, securing the jack and the spare tire, etc. Despite this being a used car with high mileage, we were treated with the respect and thoroughness I have received when buying new cars. The entire staff was relaxed and easy to work with, especially Joe who manages title and registration. This is a great dealership, and it will be high on our list next time we are in the market for a vehicle. More
