Deceptive business practices I would NOT RECCOMEND this dealership to anyone. Buyer beware they are into the practice of selling cars that they know have mechanical issues AS-IS w I would NOT RECCOMEND this dealership to anyone. Buyer beware they are into the practice of selling cars that they know have mechanical issues AS-IS without allowing the buyer to get it checked by their own mechanics. Also they would not allow for overnight test drive to allow buyer to drive it for more than 10-15 minutes before buying the car. I bought the car in question from this Dealership despite the short test drive last month and shortly after a few days I realized that the car had some acceleration issues as well as brake issues. When I returned within 5 days and asked for an appraisal on the car I just purchased since they refused to unwind the deal so I can buy another car; they refused to appraise it and told me the sales manager is out come back tomorrow. When I realized they gave me the bait and switch and I bought a car with mechanical issues that they refused to take back after trading in my perfectly functioning paid off vehicle; they made 4,000k off of the deal and left me high and dry to deal with the issues on my own. After this experience I decided I would rather lose another 4k than deal with these crooks and took my business elsewhere. I worked with a different dealership and got a much more reliable car with a guarantee that if I have any issues they are willing to work with me to figure it out. Please be WARY of cars that are on Carguru and trust your instincts when dealing with these shady sales people, sales managers and finance in this dealership. More

They won't honor information and pricing from their own website. Then the excuse is "we can't honor a deal of we lose money and Chrysler does not reimburse us". Apparently, it's a much better business practice to loose customers who are loyal to the brand. Never again More
