Andrew Cohen was great! The dealership not so much. The only positive: Andrew C was awesome and very straightforward. He was very knowledgeable about the SUV. He was very professional and I would purchase a vehicle from him in the future if they had new in stock. The negatives were the actual dealership which has nothing to do with Andrew. The dealership feels cold and sterile almost like a cattlecall where you’re nothing but a number. Salesmen are fighting for cubicles to work with customers. Everything from the front desk to parking which was horrendous. Test drive vehicles were left parked in the middle of the parking lot so you couldn’t even pull into a parking space, it was very offputting. The process of entering the dealership is very cumbersome. The process of getting to actually speak to a sales person is ridiculous. Why would any customer in their right mind give you their drivers license for you to copy and run their credit before even finding out what vehicle they want to look at. This is not my type a dealership. Again to reemphasize the negatives are the dealership not the sales person Andrew. He was the only positive and he was a breath of fresh air had it not been for him I would’ve turned around and left as I saw several customers do. More
