AIRPORT Chrystler Dodge Jeep Ram charges 1135 for a reconditioning fee. They do NOT perform the services or recondition the vehicles, it is simply a way to make more money. When confronted due to their negligence causing health issues, they offered a refund but only if I signed away complete legal rights to my truck. I did nothing wrong yet I have to sign something to get a refund. Will be contacting local news outlets and a lawyer. More

A year later, I decided to sell the vehicle and went to the dealership to cancel the extended warranty. The finance manager assured me that I would receive a refund of $2,000.00. However, it's been three months since, and I haven't received any refund. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, my calls are either unanswered or not returned. Based on this experience, I would advise caution when considering purchasing a vehicle or warranty from this dealership." More

I made an appointment on Oct 22 to look at a 20th Anniversary Jeep Rubicon with a salesman named Chris. When my wife and I arrived, we soon learned the Jeep was not at this dealership. It had been mo Anniversary Jeep Rubicon with a salesman named Chris. When my wife and I arrived, we soon learned the Jeep was not at this dealership. It had been moved around to several dealerships in attempt to sell this very limited production and expensive vehicle. We sat there for hours and didn't really know what was going on. I kept asking how many miles were on the Jeep and couldn't get a straight answer from them. First, I was told it had 31 miles and then it was in the triple digits. Then, Chris spilled the beans and told us it was around 540 miles. We proceeded to walk out the he door and the sales staff ran outside in attempt to get us to come back in. They then said the Jeep was on the way to this dealership. Just stay until it arrives and take a look at it. My wife wanted this Blue Jeep as I was ready to buy a Grey one with extremely low miles. We ended up buying this Jeep against my better judgement to please my wife. When we looked the over the Jeep ,before the sale, we noted to Chris the 83 piece toolbox which comes special in this Jeep was open. Due to the high mileage on this Jeep, the Jeep was put on a trailer and brought to my house by this dealership. After being brought to my house, I went over the Tool set and found out the Canvas Tool Pouch was missing and the tools were accounted for.however. I reported this to the dealership and was told it was there when it was delivered and in a "nutshell" they will do nothing to make this right. I paid over $100,000 for this Jeep and essentially was called a liar. This is special to this Jeep and I think going to Home Depot to pick up a tool bag is appalling. I Emailed back their We Care Email and never received a reply about any of my concerns including being at this dealership for 7 hours I called Jeep Corp and was told that only the dealership can fix this issue and they were appalled about this as well. How would you feel to travel 85 miles to see a Jeep, by appointment, which was not there! Buyer beware!! More
