I’ve been a loyal customer at Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for four years, purchasing three vehicles and trading in three others. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been frustrating and deceptive. In 2021, I traded in my truck for a 2020 Ram 1500 due to an expensive repair. In 2023, my wife and I considered leasing a 2024 Ram 1500 and a 2023 Dodge Durango. We were hesitant about the high payments, but our salesperson, Pedro, assured us that if we weren’t happy after a year, we could return the vehicles with no penalty—“it would be a wash.” This promise was the only reason we agreed to the deal. A year later, when I tried to return the vehicles as discussed, Pedro completely denied ever making that agreement. Despite multiple attempts to work with him, he became unresponsive. Now, we’re stuck in leases we never would have agreed to without his false assurance. This dealership misled me into a bad financial decision, and their lack of accountability is disappointing. Beware of dishonest sales tactics and get everything in writing. I expected better from a dealership I’ve trusted for years. More

I had a very disappointing experience with the service department recently. My 2015 Grand Cherokee began acting strangely after I dropped off some family at the airport, so I decided to take it to the nearest Jeep dealership for inspection. I left my car with them for two days, but unfortunately, they were unable to pinpoint the issue. After paying $700 for diagnostics, I picked up my car, only to discover later that it hadn’t been properly reassembled. Since it was dark when I retrieved the vehicle, I didn’t immediately notice how it had been left. As I started driving the car, I had to stop at another car shop to check my car. The shop confirmed that areas near the wheel and transmission system had been left open. Additionally, I discovered that a part from the glove box compartment was missing. This experience has left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. More

Although it took I bit of time, it was worth the wait. I traded in my vehicle and walked out with one I love. Jassely greeted me so kindly and got me started with my purchase. She was so sweet. He definitely went the extra mile. I finished off with Emmet in finance who finally wrapped it up. He was very thorough and helpful as well. Overall, even with the wait I would highly recommend this dealership I’ll be back for my next car. I got a great deal. Thanks guys! More

I made a deal with them on a ram 2500 they took my credit app not be in business, seriously don't bother with these folks as they are total scammers. I made a deal with them on a ram 2500 they took my credit application Friday, Saturday 1130 am called me and said we had a deal we will work on paperwork. Then I follow up Sunday am since they never got back to me. They tell me few hrs later sorry they sold it! Truck is still up on their website today even. xxxx of the earth these people. It was very unprofessional! I think management needs to pay attention on how sales people treat customers. More
