I had a very disappointing experience with the service department recently. My 2015 Grand Cherokee began acting strangely after I dropped off some family at the airport, so I decided to take it to the nearest Jeep dealership for inspection. I left my car with them for two days, but unfortunately, they were unable to pinpoint the issue. After paying $700 for diagnostics, I picked up my car, only to discover later that it hadn’t been properly reassembled. Since it was dark when I retrieved the vehicle, I didn’t immediately notice how it had been left. As I started driving the car, I had to stop at another car shop to check my car. The shop confirmed that areas near the wheel and transmission system had been left open. Additionally, I discovered that a part from the glove box compartment was missing. This experience has left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. More

Although it took I bit of time, it was worth the wait. I traded in my vehicle and walked out with one I love. Jassely greeted me so kindly and got me started with my purchase. She was so sweet. Miguel took over and sat with my brother and I. for hours making sure we got what we came for. He was amazing! He also called me to return what I had left in my trade in. He definitely went the extra mile. I finished off with Emmet in finance who finally wrapped it up. He was very thorough and helpful as well. Overall, even with the wait I would highly recommend this dealership I’ll be back for my next car. I got a great deal. Thanks guys! More

I made a deal with them on a ram 2500 they took my credit app not be in business, seriously don't bother with these folks as they are total scammers. I made a deal with them on a ram 2500 they took my credit application Friday, Saturday 1130 am called me and said we had a deal we will work on paperwork. Then I follow up Sunday am since they never got back to me. They tell me few hrs later sorry they sold it! Truck is still up on their website today even. xxxx of the earth these people. It was very unprofessional! I think management needs to pay attention on how sales people treat customers. More
IF I could put -100 star review with this dealership, I would. This is the worst dealership experience we ever had. They will do everything to SCAM you by their lies and manipulations. Once they have you signed the documents that’s when they will screw you because they DO NOT have a RETURN policy. Once you drive the car out of their parking lot and if there’s something wrong or misunderstood with the deal, there’s nothing you can do about it. We saw their discount on their website, when we asked them about the discount, they said that we are not qualified because the discount is for Military and first responders only. And we are ok with that because we are not either of those two, but when our friend inquired for the discount, they told her that they will give it to her even though she is not a Military or First responders through text. In our dismay we called the manager’s asking why we did not get the discount basically asking them why you lied to us. The manager then told us that the two salespersons were new (ZEE and Reggie), and it was wrong information, and it was priced that way and they DO NOT have a RETURN policy and they will not give our car back. We told him that it was two salespeople who told our friend that she can have the discount even if she is not Military or first responder and why we cannot get the same discount. The manager doesn’t care what our concerns are and basically shut us down and the sad thing is that we cannot do anything about it even if they lied to us because there is no RETURN policy. Our BIGGEST MISTAKE is that we trust them that they will practice good faith in their business and care about their customers. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Dealing with them is like dealing with the DEVILS. We will still file a complaint through the Office of the Attorney General that way we can relay our worst experience to the public and maybe it could help other people. In short, you will most likely NOT get the actual price they advertise. More
