Beware...very sketchy...think of these guys as a *slightly* better experience than sifting through Craig's List...but not much. I bought a used car from them that was a clear lemon. Towed it back to the dealership and they claimed to fix it. Picked it up a few days later and...it died again! Then I find out that the registration is still under a previous lien. Is this sheer incompetence or blatant malfeasance? The office of this place looks like someone's scattered and messy living room with keys, papers, and documents strewn all over the place. Their owner, Alan, is about as personable as a fence post and possesses absolutely zero charm. Ryan, their sales manager, although he may mean well and talk a good game, is in way over his head. I sincerely tried to give a "little guy" like them a shot at earning my business but sadly it was the wrong decision. My advice is to stick to the reputable, bigger brand-name guys...they are the real professionals vs these "pretenders" who seem to get all the crap cars. More
