It’s concerning that reaching a service technician was such a challenge and that your oil change took longer than expected, without the usual amenities like a car wash or battery charge. These aren’t the standards we set for our service department, and I deeply regret that we fell short, especially in comparison to the service you’re accustomed to with your BMW. I have called on 3 separate occasion last week, to set up an appointment and speak with Jim. I still have not received a phone call back.from hom or anyone else. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like they take this matter seriously.or are being professional at all.i I am more frustrated than before and their customer sevice is beyond disappointing!!!
