Brought car in for head liner repair got mit back and it was not fixed ! asked to see the manager I was told go ahead . No effort to get the manager or talked to the manager just she is over there. had to l was not fixed ! asked to see the manager I was told go ahead . All this could have been avoided if the car was inspected prior to calling me and haveing me come out. Service advisors need to inspect the cars before handing them back to the customor. Even though I have een taken care of the end result has yet to happen! More

UConnect Problems with my new 200!! Everything was fine with Air Park Chrysler. Only problem was Chrysler Corp and their lack of software upgrades to make the UConnect compatiable with my cell phone! I did encounter a question on my Maintenance Contract. My purchase agreement has an EC714N, which your personnel could not find in your description of maintenance contracts. I had a problem when I purchased the car, and reviewed the contract with a new contracts person. The agreement was updated at that time to reflect what I thought I purchased. Unfortunately this person passed away recently. Could you please review your old maintenance contracts an let me know what EC714N includes. This was my second car purchased at Airpark. The first was a 2006 PT Cruiser. I bought a maintenance agreement that covered all recommended maintenance during the warranty period. I asked for the same contract on the Caliber, for ALL recommended maintenance for the warranty period, which was extended to 84 mo, 75K miles. Please review your records and let me know what happened! In the past I have recommended your dealership because of the excellent record, but now, two years later, I am not sure! My sales person was the same for both cars, Lisa Strassman, who is a great person. More

Never having owned a Dodge before I am also quite pleased with the responsiveness of the car; the comfortable ride whether in the City or driving to California, northern Arizona, etc. I have recommended Airpark to several friends. Thumbs Up...just moved out here from the east coast and you guys blow away all the others in all the extras you do...such as reaching out to me via email at work and showing me photos and an explanation o you guys blow away all the others in all the extras you do...such as reaching out to me via email at work and showing me photos and an explanation of each service in detail that is happening on my Jeep...once I picked up my Jeep you had a booklet of all the services that were completed and again included photos and an explanation of each service in detail, Since we moved out here in July of 2010 we have used one other JEEP dealer in the west valley...who was good...but you guys ROCK! More
