When I arrived for my service appt, I was greeted right away. My service associate Richard told me they would try to accomplish everything that day and that they may need to finish the next day. Nobody called me to tell me that it would indeed carry over to the next day. I texted, emailed and called to try to find out, only to learn after Richard had gone home that our car would not be ready until the next day. The lack of communication was aggravating. Within one week after picking up my car, my windshield washer fluid light came on. Small potatoes, in the grand scheme of things, but it makes me wonder about the thoroughness of the other services. The car drives great, and all other services performed appear to be great. More

Had unfortunate experience with service agent John Otero. He was unpleasant from the start.
