It was a repeat service visit. Ray Blair was very helpful throughout the experience/visit. The Open was on TV; the place had no customers in the wait area except me--and some sales guys noisily wa helpful throughout the experience/visit. No coffee available unfortunately; no one seemed to be around to ask if coffee could be made (except guys watching Open who weren't drinking coffee) who didn't even acknowledge my existence. Wait area was quite cold but it was a cold day in AZ! Expected wait time was accurate. Car was rinsed off; good service overall from the service department & cashier. With a bit of luck (delivery of a vehicle)and a lot of hard work, I was able to drive out of the dealership approximately 48 hours after I first stated my requirements. On February 4th, I went to get my oil changed at Airpark. Everything was fine until I left the dealership. As I drove my car, I noticed my right (passenger side)view mirror was off so I tried fixing it by a Everything was fine until I left the dealership. As I drove my car, I noticed my right (passenger side)view mirror was off so I tried fixing it by adjusting the auto buttons however it did not work because it was the encasement that was busted and not the mirror. In fact I almost got hit by another car when I changed lane because the encasement moved and was totally out of place; I got home to find the the encasement of sideview mirror completely busted. It would not stay in place nor can it be adjusted. There was nothing wrong with my sideview mirrors prior to going to the dealership so I was very disappointed even more so when I called Airpark the following day on Saturday Feb. 5th to check if I could bring my car in to be fix the damage and was told I needed to bring it the folowing week. I am the kind of person who depends on sideview mirrors when driving so I view this as a serious concern because my safety is compromised. Not only is this an inconvenience but also time consuming to return to the dealership for some damage caused during my oil change at Airpark. Perhaps, the dealership need to run a thorough check on the entire vehicle to check for damages prior to releasing it back to the customer. High pressure and trying to "swindle" the customer went out with "8 Track Tapes" and Steve "gets it". I would recommend him to any of my friends and would feel comfortable that he would take good care of them. I bought the car thru the internet and marty and gary were great! they did a great job with payments and financing. I was not too impressed with the car, the window tinting sucked and I had to have it r were great! they did a great job with payments and financing. I was not too impressed with the car, the window tinting sucked and I had to have it replaced, and the were no floor matts so I had to buy new ones and the remote unlock/alarm only works on one door. and I will have to have that fixed. soo all this costed me an additional $550.00 out of pocket so I was not too happy about that. I plan to buy a new car in about 2 years. I will most likely come back to airpark. More
There was a mixup as far as my coverage and whether or not I should be billed for the oil change. The oil changes were rolled into my financing package, but weren't showing up as being covered. My only major concern was that my down payment check was cashed before the transaction was complete. I am now in limbo with the banks and will be charged fees for a return check and overdrawing my account. cashed before the transaction was complete. I had a great sales experience but this is making whole process end on a sour note. I did bring this to David's attention on Monday and he said that he will take care of the bank fees because it was definately an error in the check being cashed on Friday. I do hope that is the case.
