Aaron was great-I actually asked to be switched to him being my Service Advisor permanently, as I have had nothing but horrible service and attitude from Paul Gerhardt. If I could not have changed, I would of found another dealership. As a professional, I expect to be treated like one and telling me there is a skeleton crew on Saturdays so that I would feel it was my problem to get in, then that he needs his Saturdays off too, etc. I had enough. The first time I brought my vehicle in, my son and I had to wait for over 4 hours to get the vehicle back, and called Paul several times to find out the status of my Jeep, of which he still had not called me back and I had to just go to the dealership to find my vehicle was ready and had been waiting for me. However, due to his lack of customer service we had no idea it was ready to go. I do enjoy everyone at Airpark Jeep, however, Mr. Gerhardt was more then I wanted to deal with. The staff and Aaron were terrific this weekend and I could not have asked for better care. You may not remember me Henry, but you as well, have always taken very good care of me and my vehicle and I appreciate that greatly.
