As a leading Jeep dealership in the Valley, we also hold an annual Jeep Jamboree, where we invite Jeep owners to come with us on a weekend-long off-roading trip. We have sponsored and donated to the Arizona Humane Society, Crisis Nursery, Pinnacle High School, American Legion, and Mesa 4-Wheelers in the past. Exceptional customer service is our goal and when we fall short of that we take it very serious. From what I understand, we have corrected the issue with the head liner. If that is not the case, please get in touch with me personally. We have processes in place that usually prevent this sort of situation from happening.
