recently purchased a 2019 Wrangler, after having it two days the battery died, called our salesmen Marcos, he had us tow the jeep in from El Mirage $100.00 tow bill, get a call from Rachel from internal us days the battery died, called our salesmen Marcos, he had us tow the jeep in from El Mirage $100.00 tow bill, get a call from Rachel from internal used car, she stated we would have to purchase a new battery, after arguing the point that it was a fresh purchase, they agreed on replacing the battery, turned out to be the alternator and the it was the power pack, vehicle sat there for a week for the repairs, get a call this past Friday saying the Jeep was ready for pick, made it all the way back to El Mirage and the check engine comes on and starts to overheat, called Derrick ( Sales manager ), was told to us our service contract and have it repaired at any ASE certified dealer, really hard to believe a dealer in Scottsdale would treat customers like that, lesson learn!!!!!! More

Purchased a new 2025 Ram 2500. Upon delivery discovered multiple light surface scratches on nearly every body panel; one interior blemish as well. These were noted not only by myself, the purchaser, but also the saleman and his assiting sale manager. They both stated these will be addressed by the dealership at no charge. I agreed verbally, a gentlemans arranegment if you will, nothing in writing; my mistake in hindsigh. After multiple trips to the dealer, only one scratch has been removed from the body of the truck and the interior part has yet to be replaced. Mind you I am the customer. However I am the one having to chase down multiple salesmen and or general sales managers in trying to get this addressed. Airpark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has failed miserably failing to follow up on their word. A small note if I may. My salesman has been fantastic, I believe the management has been a hindrance not only to him but also downstream to me. Lesson learned, I will not be a returning customer, and the word will spread throughout my family, friends and others to steer clear of this dealership. More
