Dropped off my jeep to change an actuator in the glove box Monday at 7:30am, didn’t get the car back until noon on Saturday. Car battery drained, couldn’t start jeep. When I arrived for my service appt, I was greeted right away. My service associate Richard told me they would try to accomplish everything that day and that they may need to finish the next day. Nobody called me to tell me that it would indeed carry over to the next day. I texted, emailed and called to try to find out, only to learn after Richard had gone home that our car would not be ready until the next day. The lack of communication was aggravating. Within one week after picking up my car, my windshield washer fluid light came on. Small potatoes, in the grand scheme of things, but it makes me wonder about the thoroughness of the other services. The car drives great, and all other services performed appear to be great. More

I purchased a used vehicle on March 31,2025. Had the worst experience at this dealership. Salesperson in a big hurry to sell me a vehicle and his manager was just as bad. I didn't receive any o Had the worst experience at this dealership. Salesperson in a big hurry to sell me a vehicle and his manager was just as bad. I didn't receive any of the paperwork I signed. I was promised a 3-year paint coating protection plan which didn't get put in the final contract. I tried to call the salesman for 2 days with no reply. I finally contacted someone in the main dealership office to get me the paperwork. I received no instructions or a manual on how to operate the various functions of the vehicle including having to open the door to shut the radio off after the car has been turned off which I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out when I got home. Also, supposedly the car was inspected prior to putting it up for sale. It had a bad windshield wiper and the tires aren't within the tread measurements for safety. I am going to now have to get new tires. I don't know about the new car idea of this dealership but I would definitely not recommend buying a used vehicle there. Also, I just now got the email saying my original review, just a few days after I bought the vehicl, couldn't be posted. I don't understand why it took four and a half months to send me this email.
