We were prepared to receive the 'hard sell' but were absolutely relieved to be treated with respect. Also, we were not pounced on like fresh meat when we arrived so that was terrific. The whole process was great, from the Bob's who were very helpful and funny, to having a family memeber (John Tufarelli) help us through the process from start to finish. There was one issue with another sales rep that couldnt even wait for us to park the car we test drove before he removed the dealer plate and told us he was taking it and would bring it back. He didnt ask us if we were done, was not concerned that we might be test driving another SUV and we thought it was very rude in general. We told Bob and Lisa about this and pointed out the sales person who did it so follow-up could be done on more appropriate behavior. More
I would first like to start off by thanking the entire staff at AIRPARK CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE for making my buying experience very comfortable and easy, but most of all, I would like to thank Mr. STEVE GAL staff at AIRPARK CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE for making my buying experience very comfortable and easy, but most of all, I would like to thank Mr. STEVE GALLO!! Steve was such a nice and knowledgeable salesman. I had been looking for a new/used car for quite some time before coming in contact with Steve. From day one Mr. Gallo was real and upfront, never pushy. we communicated by phone for approximately three weeks due to the fact that I live in Tucson and the dealership is in north Scottsdale. He would keep me informed on cars he thought i would like based on info I had given him. One friday he called me really excited abolut a car that was just traded in. He wanted me to get down there and look at it. He said it was a "beautiful 2003 Mercedes CL600". my eyes lit up when i heard that, but I was also hesitant at first. I told him I would get there saturday after work. When I arrived Steve was there waiting with a smile and a handshake. we went straight to the car and took it for a test drive. He wasnt lying, it was definitely a BEAUTIFUL automoblie! As soon as we returned to the dealership, I was the one pressuring him to get started on the paperwork. By this time it was getting a little late, and it seemed like everyone at the dealership was helping to get the deal approved. They made me feel so special and welcome. Steve came to me and informed me that the deal was going to have to wait until the next day for the deal to be approved. At abolut 10am sunday I got the phone call from Steve saying "come pick up YOUR Mercedes", i was so excited! When i arrived back at the dealership there was Steve waiting with a smile and a handshake again. Mr. Gallo made sure i was caught up to speed with everything and informed me of the steps to come. Once I got into finance with Mr. Ray Puente everything flowed so smoothly! I was in and out in no time! Steve Gallo and the rest of the AIRPARK staff bent over backwards for me to get this deal and i would like to thank them from he bottom of my heart. i will definitely be back for future purchases and I definitely recommend Steve Gallo and this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!! Overall this was the most enjoyable, easy, and most comfortable vehicle purchase i have ever experienced. Thanks again to STEVE GALLO and the rest of the staff at AIRPARK CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE!!! More

The only thing I would like to add is...it would be nice to have had the finance people be able to hand me a copy of the warrany situation that I bought. We leased a new Jeep Wrangler on June 13th, and I have to say that Steve Gallo was probably the worst salesperson I have ever dealt with in purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. He was extremely pushy and a say that Steve Gallo was probably the worst salesperson I have ever dealt with in purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. He was extremely pushy and a tad rude when we didn't want to pay the price he was asking. He called himself "Mr. Customer Service" (which he was not), and told us that he "had to feed his children" when we did not want to make the deal that he wanted us to make. In a nutshell, mid-deal he informed us that the vehicle we were leasing as a NEW vehicle had 750 miles on it because of a finance deal gone bad. That is all fine and good, however when we were scheduled to take delivery on the unit, the car had the following problems: burn marks on the rear rug, scuff marks on the center console, water stains on the seat cover, and splotches all over the hard top of the vehicle. He claimed he "did not notice these things" on the vehicle before delivery. He wanted us to take it that day, and of course I did not and insisted that everything was corrected before taking it off the lot. That was on June 17th, and we heard nothing from that man for an entire week and they had cashed our deposit check and initiated the lease. He also had the wrong VIN number on the lease deal, and I had to come in and re-sign all of the papers. I called the dealer after 1 week, and refused to deal with him for the next scheduled car delivery. John Patrick delivered the car to us, and I have to say that both he and David Short (finance) were the saving grace of this entire mess. John made sure that the carpeting was properly replaced and that the seat covers and hard top were clean and spot-free. He did a great job of cleaning up Mr. Gallo's colossal mess. Dave in finance is a GREAT guy, and explained the entire finance process clearly. They need to hire 10 more of Dave!!! He actually cares about the customer, and is very intelligent and personable. He gets an A+ for customer service!!! We brought the car in for a minor servicing a few days ago, and I have to say that the service department is absolutely great. Friendly, efficient, accomodating, and they actually called to let me know the status of the car. The car was returned to me clean and perfect, and with a smile. Very reasonable price too (my dog got carsick and they cleaned the rug and seat for us for only $35!!). The service writer (I think his name was Steve too) was great, and he also gets an A+ for customer service. So do the guys who cleaned up the car; it even smelled good, very impressive! The reason the dealership did not get all 5-ratings was because of our initial experience with Mr. Gallo. He needs a lesson from the other employees that I mentioned in decorum. More
