John does a a great job. Nothing to do with John but as I drove home I checked the tire pressure and found that the two tires on the griver's side were at 41 psi, the passenger side rear was at 44 and the fr drove home I checked the tire pressure and found that the two tires on the griver's side were at 41 psi, the passenger side rear was at 44 and the front passenger side was 39 as I recall. By the time I got home I was getting an audible signal to check tire pressure. I corrected the issue myself (easy fix but a bad way to send a customer away). More

Damon did get the floor mats right away but I didn't want to make two trips. For some reason it took over 2 weeks to get that installed. Damon did keep on top of everything. I was promised a 'gentle' sale with no presure and I received just that. Fred was wonderful about showing me and my partner around (even though she was in a leg brace and had to use a walker). In the end, he discovered exactly what we wanted and we ordered ~ a Bleberry Pearl Lorado with an X package, navigation and back up camera and sensors. Coye Pointer over-saw the entire experience. He arranged for a generous trade-in on my ten year old Jeep Cheroke, he included tinted windows, he even added the paint protection program as part of the deal.
