I called BBB phone 330-7443111 I am a little luckier then most my nephew is a attorney I had to close my bank account due to I had auto payments I refuse to pay him another dime Beware!!!!!!!! More

Don't buy a car from them! I was looking for a car to buy out right. I only had two thousand dollars to spend, no more. I went into Agree auto sales and talked to Christina. So I test drove a 1996 Cadillac Deville with only 127 thousands miles on it. I liked it and it drove good. Well I had it for 3 days. I mean 3 days. I went to put gas in the car, and it must had a leak in the tank or something. because 1/2 of the gas went out on the ground. Went to work and was getting ready to leave and the brakes went out. Then the service transmission light came on. So I had my wife call them about the car. She talked to Stacy. So called General Manager. She was going to take the car in until she found out we bought the car outright. Then she told my wife she would have her mechanic call us the next day to give us a estimate on how much it would cost us to fix it. We would get a discount for buying the car from them. And they would pick the car up. Ok I was fine with that. Until the next day nobody called us. My wife had to call them back. And then Stacy GM changed her tune on what she told my wife the night before. We had to tow the car there and then pay them to fix it. I don't care how bad you need a car. I would not buy from them. You would have better luck on Craigslist. More

All I can say is never ever buy a car from here! I purchased mine in Feb 2012 and it has either been in the shop or broke down every week and I am not exaggerating. I would take it to them for them to work on and they didn't charge me anything which was nice but the problem started the night I bought it. Then I came to find out after one of the mechanics told me that they really weren't even fixing it because Stacy the owner didn't want to pay for the part to fix it so after having it in there about 5 or 6 times I finally gave up and took it somewhere else and it still is giving me problems. One of the mechanics even told me that this car should have never been drove off the lot. Worst car experience ever. I do not recommend them to anyone. Now I have to go and buy another car. More
