They let me take the car for a test drive without having a salesman tag along. They weren't pushy, didn't give me like a 30 minute in your face lecture about why I should buy the car and be just nuts. They were super honest and very thorough. We made sure everything worked and ran great. And they even let me take the car to my own mechanic for 2 hours. So impressed! I had sworn off dealerships because they can be so slimy, pushy, and expensive but I had the complete opposite experience here. I will recommend all of my friends to go here when looking for a good car, especially toyotas. More

We are planning on expanding our family in the near future, so this was an opportunity to get our family a minivan. We found a few Honda Odysseys that were right in our price range that we liked, and after test driving a few and going over the features and mileage, we found one we wanted at Affinity. The sales staff was friendly and accommodating as we went through our selection process, visiting the site several times over a few weeks as we looked. They allowed us to test drive on our own terms, without a salesman piggybacking with us. All in all, the selection process of the vehicle was first rate. However, that's when our problems with Affinity began. We were a one car family after the accident, which wasn't a problem in the middle of summer since I was able to bike and take trains to work. It wasn't an idea situation, but for a few weeks it worked. Unfortunately, I was involved in a bike crash that separated my shoulder and put my bike completely out of commission. We needed a new vehicle, and we needed it right away - definitely not the situation you want when purchasing a vehicle. On our test drive of the minivan we wanted, we noticed (and confirmed with a mechanic) a couple of small problems that needed to be fixed. When we sat down with the salesman to negotiate terms, suddenly this man who works with and around cars as a living seemed to have no knowledge of how they work or what it would cost to make very common repairs. He pleaded that the mechanics were not there and they're the only ones with access to such ethereal wisdom. Negotiation over these repairs simply wasn't on the table. It was also at this point that a mystery couple who had been looking at this vehicle for months but had been unable to purchase suddenly materialized that very day! They were very interested in the vehicle and in fact (after weeks of no contact) had called about it while we were on our test drive! It was painfully obvious that they were lying. There was no other couple- we knew it, and they knew we knew. They wanted to take advantage of us because of my injury situation. Walking away would have made me getting to work extremely difficult, and the price of the vehicle was still reasonable. I'm embarrassed to say that we still went through with the purchase. I had felt that our backs were against the wall and we didn't have much choice. The days packing cars with sawdust and extremely shady under the table deals to gouge desperate people that were described by John Steinbeck in The Grapes of Wrath may have changed, but the people are still the same. I'm sad to report that Affinity Auto Sales is your stereotypical lying, deceptive used car company. It's really unfortunate that they turned out that way after such a good experience leading up to closing the deal. If you shop at Affinity, remember that used car salesmen are liars. All of them. They're not your friend, they're not looking out for you, they don't care what's best for you. Don't believe them. Call them out on their lies. It was an embarrassing experience for me, but I learned things I thought I already knew. And, buy your car BEFORE you crash your bike! More
Here are the facts. I was sold a clean title used car which later upon inspection by a expert Subaru mechanic turned out to be a previously wrecked vehicle. It has been a total lemon with problems rangin which later upon inspection by a expert Subaru mechanic turned out to be a previously wrecked vehicle. It has been a total lemon with problems ranging from both CV joints going bad within a couple weeks of driving off the lot, to a complete breakdown with check engine light, misfires, and radiator fluid spewing out within TWO HOURS of buying the car. I've also been told I have a leaking head gasket which will require replacement in the future at a cost of $2000+. We've had burned out interior lights and taillight, alignment issues, bad wipers, a bad tie rod end, a blown throttle body gasket, bad hoses, a leaking differential, a tire with a bad radial/belt, vibration issues in the cabin, idle issues, and more all within the first few weeks of driving off Affinity's lot. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. The dealer is friendly and welcoming, but I would not be able to recommend this dealer. If you purchase from Affinity, get an inspection by a third-party mechanic of your choosing. I'd love to write more, but I need to go to my garage right now and work on a loose accessory belt causing a squeal on start-up (the latest of my woes with this car). More
I have bought 2 cars from Affinity Auto Sales and could not be more happy. They treated me like family, and bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy. Devon and Bryan, who are the owners, have alwa not be more happy. They treated me like family, and bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy. Devon and Bryan, who are the owners, have always answered their personal cell phones when I have called with questions. I even had a few small issues with the car in the beginning and they fixed the problem for me with no cost to me at all. I am very happy that I chose to do business with them, and I would recommend them to anyone! More
