I have always found the selection at Adventure Subaru very well diversified with a good variety of colors and trim packages, but this was my first time working with Steve. Overall, I had a great, trouble free process and traded-in my old outback and bought a new one in less then 3 hours (Out the door with a new car). It was the easiest purchase that I've ever had. Very friendly and willing to work with me I am on my second Subaru with Adventure. Just traded my Forester in a month ago for a Legacy and the whole staff helped work with me to make it happen I am on my second Subaru with Adventure. Just traded my Forester in a month ago for a Legacy and the whole staff helped work with me to make it happen. Dale, Jeff and Vicky were wonderful. Due to my work schedule I made it difficult on them but they were patient and helpful. Unfortunately, the touch screen malfunctioned within a couple weeks. I took it in and Rick, the service adviser recommended a new radio would need to be ordered. It only took a couple days and it was ready. Rachel called to check in several times and offered an updated tour of the car to make sure I was familiar with the operations. Aaron was also great helping me understand the electronics too. Service department has been very good to work with over the past couple years. I worked with Tom and George in the parts department with my Forester and I'll be contacting them soon for additional items for the Legacy. I would definitely recommend visiting staff at Adventure Subaru! More
