Property I accidentally left within the trad The car buying experience was hassle free, but post purchase, the sales staff was deliberately dishonest. Property I accidentally left within the trade-in was destroyed even after I made specific mention to forward to my home address. After I was informed of the disposition, there was a promise from the sales staff to provide financial reimbursement. Only to find out after a month of waiting for the reimbursement check, management told them to lie to me and not provide reimbursement. If they are dishonest with something this small and especially post purchase, what else are they lying about to save a few bucks...Will never buy a car from this dealership again and will deter any family or friends from buying from this dealership. More

The rear view mirror on my 2013 Forester fell apart and was dangling as I was about to hit the road for a business trip. This is a known defect: the screws in the mount just come loose. Not only did I have to pay $45 to get a replacement mount put in, I lost 3 hours of time, 1 hour waiting for them to open, and 2 hours sitting waiting for it to be fixed. I previously drove Honda's and Toyota's. In 40 years of driving I've NEVER had a rear view mirror come off! And google it, some people end up replacing these mirrors 3 - 4 times! This is a lousy way to treat customers. More

After reading some of the reviews on here, I was a bit apprehensive about going in there and thought about going elsewhere. I'm glad I didn't. Overall a great experience. Friendly people in the Service area and nice waiting area. The service manager, Mr. Freiberg, even brought me a water so that I could take my medication on time. He made this service department a place I will return to for all my car needs. More

When we asked about matching a deal from another Subaru dealer, the salesperson had the sales manager come buy with usual car dealer tactics. He said and I quote "we can do it, but we won't"!...Wow! Also, he had the audacity to bad mouth his competition...Worry about your own issues!!! I was stunned!...and not to mention how my 82 year old father was greeted and yelled at because he parked in a used car spot and forced to move, almost got stuck in snow since they made him so nervous... MAKE SURE TO READ THE REVIEWS AND YOU WILL AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS...TRUST ME! Subaru should be ashamed to have these guys represent their brand! Too bad for the Painesville community. More

Jeff Young and his staff worked dealers in four states to find the model and options I wanted at a time when new Outbacks were selling in transit. After our vehicle arrived from a dealer in southern West Virginia, a journey of nearly 400 miles, Adventure's chief mechanic test drove it and put it up on the rack to be sure it was ready for a 2500 mile trip to the desert southwest. If Subaru buyers are as portrayed, better informed, professional, particular--this is the dealership that fits the car and its customer base. Don't miss it when you're in the market. More

Rude Service Representative. I purchased my Outback in 2012 when Adventure was "Halpert" Subaru - Owned and run by Mr. Halpert. I purchased a fully loaded outback with all the bells and whistles, and did not get a particularly good deal on it. However I was treated so well, my husband and I did not mind paying for the good, service and the great car we received. Halpert is not longer owner of this dealership it is now called "Adventure" Subaru. In November 2014 I called "ADVENTURE" Subaru to have my car serviced. The service technician was rude, and difficult, second guessing everything I told him had been happening to my car. I cancelled my appointment, and went with another dealer. More
