Watch Out! Watch out for the used cars! Picked up a low mileage Yukon Denali XL from these folks, supposedly gone through, $2200 worth of work done to bring it Watch out for the used cars! Picked up a low mileage Yukon Denali XL from these folks, supposedly gone through, $2200 worth of work done to bring it up to pristine, switches, seat heater, brakes etc. 500 miles later, needs a transmission, oil leak, and headliner is falling down. It's a used car, I understand. But the transmission has been "worked on" and an aftermarket torque converter installed, how they didn't catch this surprises me. Looks like the oil leak may have been covered up by a steam clean, I did crawl under the rig. To add to the injury, the finance department took two hours to accept our cash payment, gave us flack about having cash, and charged us $5.00 to add a lienholder to the title. When I received the title they just signed over the previous owners title to me! Come on! More

I also Friendly, courteous, and efficient with timeliness from start to finish. Staff went over my invoice and explained what all was done to my car. I also dealt with a very nice knowledgeable man who sold me my touch up paint. He explained how to use the product which was very helpful as it has several components to the tube. More

Excellent Buying Experience - Twice! This is the second, new, 2015 Subaru purchased from Adventure in 7 months and our son has his 2011 Outback (our previous vehicle) serviced there too. This is the second, new, 2015 Subaru purchased from Adventure in 7 months and our son has his 2011 Outback (our previous vehicle) serviced there too. We bought both 2015 vehicles (Outback and Crosstrek) through Ken Boyette and the process has been easy and excellent both times - we drive 200 miles one-way to trade there. Justin went over the Crosstrek's features with us and explained everything clearly and we very much enjoyed our visit with him. Finally, TG did the finance papers on our vehicle and made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Really folks, it is a pleasure buying vehicles from Adventure. More
the runaround 2015 forester burning oil since bought new a year ago. It has barely been passing oil consumption test. Got home and checked the oil myself. The servi 2015 forester burning oil since bought new a year ago. It has barely been passing oil consumption test. Got home and checked the oil myself. The service department overfilled the oil in an apparent attempt to skew the results of their test. Shady bordering on criminal in my opinion More
Excellent Experience Today, 6-16-15, we bought a 2011 Toyota Yaris from Adventure Subaru. It was an internet sale, and the whole transaction was set up over the phone prior to making the trip. We live about three hours away, so we did not want to make the trip and have the dealership change the deal on us or try to haggle us or try to change our trade-in price. They gave us a $500 window for our trade-in, and they honored their word by staying within their quote. They also did absolutely everything else that they told me over the phone. I was very impressed, and my husband and I will be checking their inventory in the future. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, you can trust this dealership. My husband and I have bought our fair share of bad vehicles in the past, and we've had our fair share of dishonest dealers. This dealership can be trusted. They were honest in every area. We were very impressed, and we hope that they have what we're looking for the next time that we're in the market for a vehicle. A+ Rating!!! More
Noncomplacent, initially friendly, turned hostile My initial thought was that employees there are noncomplacent and show no interest in helping customers, only one person in there bothered approaching My initial thought was that employees there are noncomplacent and show no interest in helping customers, only one person in there bothered approaching us, others simply looked up from there computers and back down. It was initially a good experience with that salesman, he was friendly and helpful. However, when we came back with the possibility of another car in the picture other than Subaru, and began to discuss which one would be the better value, the employee went to check with his manager about adjusting the price, but came back hostile, and began to attack the other car and dealership, stating that they cannot be compared to a Subaru. Then he began to make allegations that the other dealership was lying to us on the offer for our trade in, stating our car was not worth what they offered us (which they ended up giving us more on top of that). The final piece of conversation had was that they do not play games of negotiating prices. This experience makes me question rather it was the employee, or the feedback from his manager when approaching with the situation. Either way, I understand that everyone has a bottom line, but how hard is it to have some tact, and simply say that the price they have is as low as they are comfortable going and wish us luck on our purchase, when we have a better deal offered to us?
